Just so everyone is aware, you are not required to remove a person's rep video or picture. I've noticed it's becoming more and more frequent where posts request images or videos being removed from their rep. Unless the picture is just an enormous size picture, don't feel obligated to remove it.
If you WANT to remove it, go ahead, just understand it's not part of the job description. If the picture is extremely large (I'm talking 4500x5500 pixels large), then go ahead and do it. But there's no reason that people repping each other should require more work from us. Do it if you want, say no if you don't.
