Fumito Ueda wants to bring ICO, Shadow of the Colossus to PS3

Spunky

Lovable degenerate.

Ever since Sony confirmed the God of War Collection for the PS3, I've been wondering what combo can come next. Everybody's got their own bets, but a pack combining ICO and Shadow of the Colossus seems to be one of the more popular ideas. In fact, even Team Ico head honcho Fumito Ueda wants to see it happen.

Speaking to 1Up at the Tokyo Game Show, Ueda answered queries about a possible Team Ico Blu-ray collection thusly:

"Initially, I didn't want to consider that. I always thought they were designed for PS2 and should stay there. But lately, I've been thinking it would be nice to provide the games to other platforms to reach more users."

That's nowhere near a confirmation, but it's nice to know that Ueda is at least open to the idea

Another couple of games i've always wanted to plahy, But never got around to do so. I'm lead to believe these games are more like works or art than video games.

The same team that made these games are making a game called the last guardian, And i've been watching it very closely. If the games are as great as The last guardian. they are fantastic.

Both are pretty rare games, I managed to get them both recently but have yet to play them, I'm just finishing off Okami.

From what I have seen and heard both are incredible games, very unique in the way they are. Adding them to the PS3 will be good as then a new generation of gamers can play these very under rated games.
