According to wrestlinginc.com, Eugene Otto Zumhofe, better known as "Rock n' Roll" Buck Zumhofe, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 17 to nearly 26 years. Zumhofe was convicted on 12 counts of criminal sexual conduct in the molestation of his daughter, which began when she was 15 years old, alleged to have occurred hundreds of times and lasted from 1999-2002.
Zumhofe, age 63, was sentenced to a total of 310 months on two first degree and two third degree counts of criminal sexual misconduct and will be served consecutively. Zumhofe will have to serve out at least 17 years of his sentence before becoming eligible for parole. Further still, Zumhofe also has charges pending from an attempt to escape the courtroom after the verdict in his trial was read last March.
Zumhofe was best known for his time in the American Wrestling Association and World Class Championship Wrestling. Zumhofe captured the AWA World Light Heavyweight Championship 3 times during his career. In WCCW, he formed a tag team with Iceman King Parsons dubbed "Rock 'N Soul", successfully winning the American Tag Team Championship on 2 occasions.
Zumhofe also has a long history of trouble with the law when it comes to engaging in sexual activity with minors. While wrestling in the AWA as World Light Heavyweight Champion in July 1986, he was arrested and eventually convicted of sexual misconduct involving a minor. In late January 1989, Zumhofe was again convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor and was sentenced to 36 months in jail.
