Been looking at this document concerning the AOL/Time Warner merger, and I've got a question:
Let's say Turner was opposed to the deal as his relationship with Jerry Levin started going to shit, or that negotiations for the merger occurred months later, when AOL's stock started dropping. Basically, AOL and Time Warner don't merge or Warner acquired AOL, and Warner is safe from the massive beating it took. What are the effects, in comparison to IRL?
