This is an excellent topic. I think I’m going to use it on other forums. I’m going to have to do some extensive research for this.

Off the top of my head, Championship Stables such as the Four Horsemen, the New World Order, D-Generation X, Evolution and the Main Event Mafia were my favorites. After all, the 2 reasons why I love Professional Sports Wrestling Entertainment are Championships and Stables.

As far as a set of Champions, not in Stable, I have to go with:

Survivor Series 1989
WWE Champion – Hulk Hogan
Intercontinental Champion – Ultimate Warrior
Million Dollar Champion – The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase
WWE World Tag Team Champions – Demolition

WrestleMania VI
WWE Champion – Ultimate Warrior
Intercontinental Champion – Ultimate Warrior
Million Dollar Champion – The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase
WWE World Tag Team Champions – Demolition

Survivor Series 1990

Intercontinental Champion – Texas Tornado
Million Dollar Champion – The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase
WWE World Tag Team Champions – The Hart Foundation

Vengeance 2001
Undisputed WWE World Champion – Chris Jericho
Intercontinental Champion – Edge

Hardcore Champion – The Undertaker
WWE World Tag Team Champions – The Dudley Boyz
Women’s Champion – Trish Stratus

That’s all for now. I’m getting a headache looking at Wikipedia.

I agree that this is a great topic, that can result in some fun, historic conversation...which is why I fear it is destined to fail on this forum. But I really hope it takes off. First two that I thought of:

WrestleMania 2:
WWF Champ - Hulk Hogan
IC Champ - Randy Savage
Tag Team Champs - British Bulldogs

WrestleMania 3:
WWF Champ - Hulk Hogan
IC Champ - Ricky Steamboat
Tag Team Champs - Hart Foundation

Who could forget the Champions of the IWC…

February 23rd 1998, the night after Superbrawl VIII

WCW World Champion: Sting
WCW US Champion: DDP
WCW TV Champion: Booker T
WCW Tag Champions: The Outsiders
WCW Cruiserweight Champion: Chris Jericho

That was the title I liked each of those guys the best with. I think this is Jericho at his best, the last good stretch of the Outsiders together and Booker T as TV Champion was when he got over. Of course this was the peak of DDP for me (never bought him as the world champ) and Sting was finally the undisputed World Champion for WCW, having beat Hollywood Hogan at last.

I'll add after Halloween Havoc 1990

WCW World Champion: Sting
WCW US Champion: Stan Hansen
WCW TV Champion: Arn Anderson
WCW Tag Champions: Doom

Just after Wrestlemania 20 the champions were: Eddie, Benoit, Cena (US), Randy Orton (Intercontinental), Booker T and RVD (World Tag-team Champions); Rikishi and Scotty 2 Hotty ( WWE tag-team Champions) and Chavo as Cruserweight Champion.

That is a pretty good bunch of champs. Booker T and RVD are both big names in wresting; Too Cool were a decent stable. Eddie and Benoit of course provided that moment at the end of WMXX. Also, I never actually realised that Cena/Orton held the mid-card belts and the same time. Ten years later they could potentially be World Heavyweight/WWE champion at the same time.

I liked Evolution winning all the gold at Armageddon, it's just a shame it was at a shit time.

I guess I'd say after Wrestlemania 14 and after Mania 16 - Judgment Day 2000.

WWF Champion: Triple H/Rock/Triple H
IC Champion: Chris Benoit
Euro Champion: Eddie Guerrero
Hardcore Champion: Crash Holly
Tag Team Champions: Edge & Christian
Light Heavyweight Champion: Dean Malenko
