Now I would like to first note that I'm not 100% aware of how the factories are placed around every country. But I would assume that every country and every city has some kind of factory system that has factories placed smacked down in the middle of the city, as well as nearby places where people live.
And that is exactly what we're gonna be addressing today. Factories placed near places where people live and thrive on a daily basic. Quite a handful of years ago (I would say 5, but I'm not completely sure) my town had a factory that produced fireworks which exploded. The factory wasn't placed directly in the middle of my town, but it was definitely placed near a place where people go to work, and people live. The impact of the explosion caused numerous houses to collapse or shatter windows in some manner or another. The impact were so large that in the other end of town where I lived, we could feel the windows shaking.
Today a "factory" or more correctly a camping center (Selling camping wagons and related material) caught fire, in a big manner. There has been produced such heavy smokes that the nearby shopping mall had to close off all ventilation, and people living nearby has been advised to close windows and doors.
Stuff like this makes me think, whether it's really a good thing to have factories, or bigger companies placed near places where a large community of people live. Stuff like this which can obviously impact either the way that people go about their lives, or even reach the point where their house in general is impacted by the disasters that now and then strikes.
Also with another placement of the factories, you're obviously gonna be avoiding the chances of general pollution to these populated areas.
So am I the only one who thinks that someone should at least look into trying to make some kind of rule or law about where factories are placed, as well as to actually implement this rule on the current factories? I know that the fireworks factory has been reformed, but it has been reformed outside of town, and my town has actually implemented this rule. Would it work for others as well?
