According to wwe.com that Lashley is taking on Hardcore Holly in an Extreme Rules match tonight...yes you heard it right an extreme rules match. Its gotta be the first one in months. The only problem with this is that it has Snitsky written all over it to interfere and not get DQ'd for it. He will likely Interfere and cost Lashley the match and then Hardcore Holly and Snitsky will beat the crap out of Lashley at the end.

Anyone else agree?

i dunno but i got a gut feeling that the ecw originals interfere to send a message to vince. But it will most likely be snistky (its not His Fault).

End it any way you want, it's gonna be lousy either way. It should be rated E as Excruciatingly Painful to watch because this joke that Vince labeled as ECW is just that.

You guys have to admit, its still not great, but the last 2 weeks ecw has been kicking it into gear. It's still not ecw, but its getting better by the week.

Oh very true its by far not what it used to be, but it has gotten alot better since WSX has debuted. Hopefully next week the originals can beat the new breed.

I really hope that what I read on wrestlezone is true, about paul heyman making a TV-only return as some form of manager for the ECW originals. That would get me back into the ecw product. they are doing what they need to do to compete with WSX.

I hope thats true, if Heyman comes back to lead the originals it will become alot more entertaining. I guess WSX has really lit a flame under Vince's ass because he sure is making the product more interesting as of late. Hopefully it gets better!

I would love to see Paul return, but I don't think he'll come back as a "manager" only. Paul likes to be in charge and we all know what happened when his relationship fell apart with WCW. Vince may soon be on the receiving end of Paul's temper. Even if he came back to do shows, he would be too unpredictable to put out in front of an audience or on the mic. Vince needs to suck it up and give Paul what he wants if he hopes to save the brand.
