It does, but it also gets used to sell storyline injuries. Not that big of a deal confusion-wise when you know if the X is coming and all your referees are earpieced.I thought if the ref did the "X" thing then it meant "real injury, send meds plz". Plus the whiplash on that bump. Ouch.
Thought it looked off the way he went into the half slide, so he could have been dazed from that kick he took in the corner. Once I saw his eyes when he was on the floor, I knew it wasnt good.
