ECWs Future ?

Hello

with no RVD and Sabu for a while, can ECW really last with the few wrestlers they have, and Big Show as ECW champion? I Think WWE should of really thought about ECW before they brought it back! they should of thought about the old ECW Stars, such as Rhino,Raven,Awesome,Dudleys,Guerrera,Y2J, Storm. I Know alot of old stars have new priorities etc but WWE are ruining ECW throwing in people like the Big Show and Test.

I Think now with RVD and Sabu out for a while, and Kurt Angle. we have to see the likes of Super Crazy,Nova,Psicosis come in, as the roster at the moment is laughable. Hopefully WWE will bring out the big guns eventually and let ECW become what it was. Thoughts ?

I don't think they have a future, everyone of their main eventers are gone and Big Show is th eonly one left actually. The WWE has no one to give out that would fit in with the ECW style, SD!, they are already depleted, and Raw already gave away Show and D, Edge might save them, but I still think they will close it down and TNA will claim victory.

yea i do think they will fade away fast, but surely due to the fact theyve lost there 2 biggest stars, wwe officials will think, shit yea we need to do something. i was annoyed that they let slip rhino away with him signing a new contract. i think the next few weeks/days are vitual in the future of WWEECW

And I don't know where Edge is in all of this, Big Show and Edge are both heels, and no one else from WWE is feuding with ECW anymore, that is sad.

They need to sit down and figure out this busted ass formula they're using. Its not working, and will fail if they don't do something.

I think it could work if Vince gives a lot of leisure and more power to Paul.Who know's tho?Only time will tell.

I belive WWE should keep their RAW roster on RAW...not ECW.(Since no1 on Smackdown is feuding with ECW they're fine.)They should just find more wrestlers to bring on ECW...cuz I'm sure there are plenty of no-names out there who are good enough and would be great for the job.

And with that being said...Vince should let Paul Heyman have more control of the show...cuz ECW now is too much like WWE.

I think Vince might give power to Heyman and Dreamer once Steff has her kid, She hates Heyman and ECW and might have a strong influence on Vinve. If Vince were to die today Steff will get rid of ECW all together

I don't think ECW is in trouble. RVD is only gone for a month. ECW has only lasted for a month so far, so perhaps we forget that this is a rather short period of time. Unfortunately Angel also needs to heel. However, Sabu is probably now the biggest face in ECW and apparantly his push will continue. Considering he's probably the ECW guy that the writers currently like the most, we'll see weekly Sabu matches. I think we'll likely see more of CM Punk and I think he could really grow on ECW fans who aren't familair with him. He's a very legit talent. We'll probably see Dreamer stop jobbing as with RVD out they need another face, maybe with RVD out they suddenly have more minutes to let Sandman have more than a gimmick match. I know we want everything from the damn show but its hard to meet everyone's expectations within one hour minus commercials.
