This isn’t a PPV but it’s the next big show after Barely Legal. We have a main event of Terry Funk defending the world title against Sabu in a pretty famous barbed wire match. On top of that there isn’t anything of note on the card but then again it’s ECW so a lot of the card was probably announced an hour before the bell. Let’s get to it.

KB, just curious: how do you obtain the material you review? You have access to just about every addition of WWE's shows, PPVs as well as various other companies. Are these shows on YouTube or do you just have a collection of sorts?

No substance really?

What about the Bill Alphonso Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission storyline with the epic heel turn of Cactus Jack, and this explanation for turning heel:

There was quite a bit of substance in this storyline, which ran from the spring of 95 through to 96. Haters are just going to hate.

You want to talk about lack of substance lets talk about WWE here and now in 2012. No depth in 90% of the characters whatsoever. Crap storylines like Brock vs Triple H for Summerslam, would you say that had "Substance"?

ECW wasn't the best, and a lot of it was shit, but it was nowhere near as bad as you guys make it out to be.
