Paul Heyman grew a big disdain for the WWE and TNA, as he felt they were not utilizing their talents to the best of their abilities. As owner and on a tight budget, Paul put together a roster of all superstars that have never won a world title in WWE or TNA. Due to the tight budget, the company will only travel on the east coast of the United States. Paul will also be acting as general manager for the beginning until he finds a man he feels suitable of the job, and that also comes cheap.
