DX vs Punk/Bryan at WM?! Would you watch?

I just had this thought due to what transpired last night...

Punk decks HHH, HBK superkicks Punk, Bryan flying knee's HBK.

Why not just have the old DGeneration X go against the new degenerates in the WWE in Punk and Bryan?

Would you watch that? Does Stephanie spit or swallow?

It's not on my bucket list of things I want to see but it would be a good match if nothing else, DX has had awesome matches with less. It's not a program I would care and my personal bias is I would want Punk and Bryan in singles matches WM but a DX vs. Punk/Bryan match is a good alternative.

If they are singles matches, chances are ther both go 20 minutes plus, so 2 great matches like that I would hate to give up.

If they do a tag they need to go at least 30 minutes and since it is 1 match now not 2, I think there has to be some stakes. Maybe if Punk and Bryan win they get a triple threat vs the world champ at eXtreme Rules.

No because I don't think Triple H has "it" anymore, I don't think CM Punk has "it" at all, Daniel Bryan hasn't hit his potential yet, and HBK can't carry three other guys on his own at his age.

It would be good, but individual matches would be better. Punk vs Trips and Bryan vs HBK. I think the veterans could help get over Bryan and Punk more if these were individual feuds, and a DX return would get them a large ovation. In this storyline, they're meant to be heels so returning as DX wouldn't support that.

I'd rather Bryan vs HHH and Punk vs. Orton or someone but sure why not. If the stories good then yeah, I'll watch.

While I'm not sure the match would be as great as the sum of its parts, I do find the idea of a heel D-X, entirely sold out as a part of the authority, highly appealing. Bryan deserves a win over one of them at the very least, and punk needs someone interesting to clash with. D-X would do. But it wouldn't have to be a tag match.

Why not do the tag match at Elimination Chamber and then do HBK/D-Bry, HHH/Punk at Mania? Damn good way to sell 2 PPV's. Have DX cheat to win, then the babyfaces get their revenge at the big show.

Of course this all depends on HBK coming out of retirement. The chances of that are about as slim as Stephanie swallowing any of our loads.

It's a pipe dream, sure, but it has an appeal that could bring in some great buys at somewhere like Wrestlemania.

I'd love to see this match to be honest, but I'd rather it was Punk v HHH and Bryan v HBK in singles match.

But I'd be satisfied with a tag team match.

It would be entertaining, but i seriously don't think they will wait 5 months for it to happen that would make no sense from the prespective of an egotist and a showoff being made to look like fools, look for the Royal Rumble with maybe Punk/Bryan pulling double duty and competing in the Rumble match aswell possibly ending up the final 2 leading to a split of the Best and the Beard. and i wouldn't be suprised if there's additional interferance in the two handicap matches this sunday just to push forward the storyline
