Dragon Gate USA coming to Go Fight Live

This is awesome if you ask me. ROH has done well with Go Fight Live and it is an additional way to bring income to another indy company. DGUSA is one of my favorite promotions right now, and there is an excellent chance I will be dropping my $15 on this show. The matches are excellent, the storylines are simple yet well done, and I'm sure they will use this opportunity to the max. What do you guys think?

This is a great idea for DGUSA. As you said, this worked out great for ROH and it should be no different for DGUSA. I think it will add an extra level of excitement because its live and not taped months in advance of the airing. I went to their website and they don't have a card set yet, so I'm not sure what exactly has happened. I'm not as big into DGUSA as you are Thriz. I haven't really been following it since before Mercury Rising so I'm not sure exactly what the big storylines or feuds are right now. If it was up to me, this would be the show that BxB Hulk loses the title. To who exactly, I don't know.

But I don't know how this could be viewed as anything other than positive. I'm sure with Gabe behind it, they will have the production down pat so we shouldn't worry about any weird audio/visual problems. I'm definately going to buy this, and it will hopefully change my opnion of DGUSA back to where it was a year ago.

Yeah I read this earlier and was very pleasantly surprised to hear the news, but even moreso surprised when I discovered that the October show they'll be airing on Go Fight Live is being held in Fall River, MA which is like 30 minutes away from my house, so I think I'll definitely be attending my first Dragon Gate USA show for this. Awesome news on both fronts.

I am not however looking forward to DGUSA bringing in Akebono for this show, as that fat fuck is completely useless outside of tag team brawls, I have no idea why Gabe wants to bring him in. Oh well, still highly looking forward to the entire show and hopefully I'll be there in person for it.

Very glad to hear this. This is a great step for DGUSA and hopefully it gets the word out about DGUSA. They have some great talent and it gives alot of people the chance to see some top japanese wrestlers.

And I completely agree with the Akebono statement. He doesnt belong in any ring, in any company.
