So, I'm working on a page for my website that includes a lot of elements, and I've run into a dead end. I'm trying to create a polling system exactly like the one at InstaSynch:

If there's anyone who knows what they're doing and wouldn't mind getting in touch with me on Skype to look over my code and help me figure this out and integrate it into my site, that'd be awesome. I've gotten some things working, got the Create Poll button to show up and the options box to appear, but I'm just at a point where I can't bluff and botch my way through anymore.
