I'm not "fussed" about video games but I knew that every part and aspect of the movie had some kind of video game tied to it. It had a little bit of Super Mario, Zelda, Mortal Kombat, Killer Instinct, Metal Gear, Final Fantasy, Guitar Hero... just a brilliant, brilliant movie.

I saw Thor in fucking 3D with IC25, his wife, and his buddy Ian. Oh, how I wish I blazed up beforehand...

It still didn't stop the movie from being epic on just about every level.

Also, the game based on the movie is a ton of fun. Classic beat-em-up action like River City Ransom or Streets of Rage, along with a rocking soundtrack.
