When I was a 13 year old David Blaine was the man, his first two stunts: buried alive and being frozen registered mild intrest around the world. Vertigo was alright, bur boreing. Then he came to England and lived in a box. Probably the most unique thing that occured in his time....in a box; was the fact that even Paul McCartney came down to throw eggs at him.
They literally had 24 round the clock coverage of David Blaine who every now and again would wave at some lucky 8 year old in the crowd.
