Custom Avatars? HELP

I see in the avatar category in User CP it says if you have a custom avatar selecting this option will delete it. I can't seem to find where to click to upload a custom avatar. Where do you go or click on to upload your custom avatar?

The option is there, but the forum doesn't do custom avatars. We have an excellent selection of avatars to chose from though and they are open for any member of the forum to use though.

What it means is that if you select a different avatar the currently picked one is replaced. The software for the forums doesn't allow for regular members to upload their own. Only the admins can do it and its still quite the hassle for them. There's quite the large selection to choose from though. You can find one you like.
