Determined to take his place in the spotlight, no matter which obsolete so called wrestler is standing in his way.
Allows STA to fight his battles when it suits him.
Strengths:
Next generation style: Since the decision to reveal his true self to the fans, Reese has redefined his in-ring style from one designed to showcase his athleticism and potential; to one that highlights his excellent training by focusing on delivering fast and effective combinations and chains of manoeuvres. For an unprepared opponent, this can be hard to overcome
Focus: Since his brutal attack on Kara at Apocalypse, Connor has had a new fire in his eyes and determination to take what he believes to be his by right.
The influence of STA: In addition to providing high quality training at "the Circus", at the hands of two former WZCW champions, no less the company has also been carefully manufacturing a public image of him drastically at odds with his actions since Apocalypse. This makes resolving "the real Connor Reese" a tricky proposition. Rumours that he has a contract allowing them substantial leverage are entirely justified.
Weaknesses:
Asshole: Connor is someone who will give you the brutal truth whether you like it or not. Many people on the roster don't take kindly to being told that he's better than them, and is going to take their spot whether they like it or not. Consequently few people would willingly work with him regardless of the situation.
Hubris: Connor, secure in the knowledge that nobody's in his league will openly allow his opponent to take control of the match to "make it competitive" and add a challenge level to the match
Pride: Connor is all about beating his opponents with nothing but his own ability. He will therefore not do anything that could be considered even remotely dishonest. He'll break holds before the 1 count, refuse to win by count out, pass up chances to attack an opponent with his guard down and so forth.

Brief History
James Darwin was a successful three sport athlete in college. There was speculation that he would go into the NFL or UFC, however he signed with STA two years ago with wrestling aspirations. Since that time information has been scarce, and unanimously vague, positive and clearly ghostwritten.
Before WZCW Apocalypse, he received a phonecall telling him that it's time to forcibly take the spotlight. By leaving his girlfriend motionless in the centre of the ring, he succeeded.

Entrance Description:
The all lights in the arena turn off, save for one spotlight, focused on the centre of the ramp. As his music starts to play, Connor slowly rises from the ramp crouching down, back facing the ring. Connor stands up on the first "I'm gonna win" and poses on the second. On "here we go" he slowly walks to the ring, taking his time to walk around it climbing the steps and entering the ring.
