You see, I had white and milk chocolate and remain underwhelmed. I've a pack of each left though

You see, you'd think being chocolate covered automatically makes ANYTHING better than it's non-chocolate covered counterpart. Not so with Oreos.
Chocolate dipped oreos are dipped in crappy chocolate (as in it tastes like wax) that just takes away from the goodness of the frosting to cookie ratio. It also renders the cookie undippable in milk or coffee.

Wrong. You can dip them in milk, and they're still amazing.

Sure, you COULD dip them, but the milk will not penetrate the cookie with the wax-like layer of chocolate as a barrier, will it?
