Undertaker for Champ!
The WWE is based around entertainment and championships, I'd say. This is among some more things, but those are the ones I am focusing on at this point. We all know that in order for a person to be a champion, they need to have chasers. If you ask me, the more chasers the better the champion, as long as they are booked well.
In this thread, I will make a list of wrestlers and I'll let you decide whether they are better chasers or champions. Some people can be bad as both or even good at both. For people like that we will call them "neutral". You don't have to even decide all the people I list... you can do whatever you want. You might put down people I might have forgotten. You can even just put the wrestler you think is the best chaser or best champion or worst chaser or worst champion. Please be sure to explain.
Batista: I'd say he's a better champion. I hate to listen to him talk how he will hurt the champion, and how he will win back the title and whatnot. I much rather see him as champ and not hear him whine about the champion.
John Cena: Much better champion. He just seems like the type of person who should be on top. He never backs down from a challenge and that's the mark of a true CHAMPION!
Randy Orton: I'm gonna have to say neutral. He's a great champion and he's a pretty good chaser. As a champion, he will go at all measures to retain the title, whereas when he's a chaser he will stop at nothing to win the title.
Chris Jericho: I'd have to say neutral again. He's always winning titles. When he's not the champion, he's the chaser. It's not too often that he's in a fued without a title involved. It doesn't matter if he is a heel or a face. He has always been a great champion and a great chaser.
Edge: Neutral again. However, it is because I think he's bad at both. His title reigns are not very long, and he doesn't remain a chaser for a long period of time. I don't like that about Edge and the way WWE has been booking him before his injury.
Rey Mysterio: Yet another neutral near chaser. He, just like John Cena is a fighting champion. But where Cena lacks, Mysterio adds to the fact that he doesn't always have to be at the top. Mysterio stays relevant whether he's a champion a chaser or if a title is not even involved.
Those were just a few. As you noticed, most of them are main eventers. You can elaborate on some of the wrestlers I listed. Or you can put some of your own. Be sure to keep it between current WWE superstars, and explain why you think they are better champions or chasers or neutral.
