Can Scumm Do It?

[Johnny Scumm]

On Aftershock 4, Johnny Scumm will fight his second Mayhem Championship match. The first was a gauntlet match, where he was eliminated first by Alex Bowen. Now, he faces Justin Cooper in a 1 on 1 match, next week.

Having rarely won a match, Scumm will be putting everything into his first singles Title opportunity. He lost last week in a tag team match with Saboteur against Baller & Mick Overlast, but did beat Jack Skinner the week previous on Aftershock. The question on everyone's lips is;

Can Johnny Scumm win the Mayhem Championship?


(NOTE: Vote on the poll & out of character, if you wish you can post your answer & reasons. This is just me, wanting to see before mine & Coopers match how people genuinely believe it will pan out. I expect many votes for Cooper.)

Cooper, for a few reasons.

1. I want my rematch.

2. Cooper is always getting better. I'm not saying you are not but he really takes the feedback he is given and always ups his RP's. I do like you RVD but I'm 99.99% postive that Cooper retains and then moves on to LL when he loses it back to me in a Mayhem Ladder Match!

The online reports that I can find are telling me that Cooper is going to go over.

Cooper, for a few reasons.

1. I want my rematch.

2. Cooper is always getting better. I'm not saying you are not but he really takes the feedback he is given and always ups his RP's. I do like you RVD but I'm 99.99% postive that Cooper retains and then moves on to LL when he loses it back to me in a Mayhem Ladder Match!

That is pushing it a little don't you think? He's in the match so he has a chance to win.

Read the whole sentence and you can see what I meant. I mean that I'm postive you will win then lose the title to me. I do like Scumm alot but I think you will have the advantage being the more experienced RP'er.

I voted Cooper, but that doesn't mean Scumm can't win. I honestly thought Paradyse should've retained. The title is the champs to lose and you have to clearly outperform him to win it. Are you capable of doing that? I think so, but Cooper retaining is the more likely scenario.

I think it's four if you only count the actual title matches (Chris Jones vs Ferbian vs Cooper vs Alex Bown, Chris Jones vs Cooper vs Alex Bowen, Cooper vs Alex Bowen and Cooper vs Armando Paradyse) and six if you count the number one contender matches (Battle Royal before Kingdom Come 3, Cooper vs Sam Smith) that I was given. I agree that I can't really talk about it but that wasn't a serious dig at the top division, it was kayfabe more then anything.

I never really knew how many chances I got, what a nice little surprise.

I got two. Lost the first one, then won the title, and my first match in Wzcw in the same night. Cooper, you were there!

Ale also got 2 title matches, and Cruz had 3 shots.

I have been led to believe that as long as your RP is better on the day then you will pick up the win, no exceptions, with this fact in mind of course you have a chance.

It's one of those ideas that was good on paper. It got silly for the fed in the same way it got silly for WWE.
