Cage Renamed The Bar Room?

Well while I was logged in, I clicked Spam Friendly Sections and I noticed the cage has been renamed The Barroom?

Is this one of Sly's forum changing things and is there more to it then just a name change?

Is it possible for the user names to be censored in one section, such as The Bar Room?
Like everyone is anonymous? Is that even possible on this forum?
