It seems that he did rape her. That should be the impetus for Hogan to beat Bubba for the strap in 20 seconds. Think about it... Bubba knew he didn't love her when he was getting in that. He was manipulating her sex. He definitely raped her.

Seriously dude, are you that much of a fucking idiot. By this logic, every man that has ever lied to a girl to get her to sleep with him is a rapist. This would mean, for example, that How I Met Your Mother is a show all about a guy telling his kids stories of his pal Barney, the serial rapist. Seriously?

The worst problem is that shit like this is why real rapes are able to be trivialized, because people like you say stupid shit like this it makes real rape claims seem suspect as well. Gives people room to say things like "Did he really rape you, or did he just lie to you and after you found out you cried rape?" This has got to be the most disgusting thing I have seen today, and that's saying something...

As others said, by definition rape is sexual assault against one person's consent. (That of course doesn't apply to things like statutory rape where both can consent but the law can still define it as rape). Bully Ray messing with her mind and emotions (or as some may say "raping" her mind or some other terminology) just makes him an asshole, not someone who did something illegal. She was used...she wasn't raped.
