Drafted by his new Public Relations Officer, the document seems to outline that the Champion will refuse to fight "new" superstar El Swago at Meltdown 112 for numerous reasons.
The letter; seen exclusively by an insider for WZCW.com, goes on to describe the feelings of the obviously upset Elite X Champion after being snubbed for the main event of upcoming PPV Redemption due a technicality with contracts. Instead, John Constantine has been drawn against Mikey Stormrage for the PPV after interfering with the latter's match at Ascension 86.
