Unfortunately, the anonymous judge informed me that he was swamped with school and work, so much that he couldn't fulfill the obligation of scoring the matches. I did just a broad outline in terms of reactions to each match, but put a great deal of effort into judging each match and coming to final scores within each of the five categories. That being said, I think the ship has sailed this time on going 3 rounds, so we'll call the inaguaral tournament after after one round. Here are the final standings:

Awesome! I'm over the moon that I took on the rest of BT and came out on top. Speechless really. Congrats to everyone else that participated, to Jam for organising and most of all to LSN for judging all the entries.

Now that this tournament has concluded, any update on when/if we are doing the Sports Debaters League this year?

Id like to do it in the early part of next year, if approved. I asked KB, and he gave me permission to run it, providing I give him a proposal for how it would be run. My goal is to turn the proposal in by the end of September, so I can begin to work on setting it up, with some changes from last year.

Im not ignoring you BT guys. I enjoyed Moderating this tourney, and got another view of how truly talented of writers all of you are. Id love to do another of these as well, perhaps in a couple of months, with more participants.
