This thread is all about picking any wrestler who is not signed to TNA that you feel needs a reworking in order to debut properly. You can do this in anyway you like and gender is no issue. Here's my pick:
Goldust
He's got a lot of baggage in his career, so I feel that a clean slate is all he needs to get a fresh start. Announce that Goldust will debut with TNA under a new gimmick called Diamondust. It will play off his WWE gimmick without infringing upon it because everything is diamond themed. However, that's not his new identity. Diamondust is a ruse to throw people off the trail of what happens in his first match back with TNA. Book him with AJ Styles in an IMPACT main-event. Diamondust starts off as the comedy face WWE popularized in 2003 and begins the match competing fairly with TNA's top guy. As the match progresses, Diamondust slowly starts getting more aggressive with AJ, doing dirtier moves and trying to cause AJ bodily harm. He throws AJ outside and continues bullying AJ until he sees a plant in Goldust makeup. He hits the fan repeatedly until AJ pulls him off and tries to continue the match. Diamondust lowblows Styles and wipes his own makeup off and takes off the top part of his attire signifying disgust with his own gimmick and a subsequent shedding of it. He continues his assault until security separates the two where Diamondust tries to inflict more damage to AJ. He's pulled off screaming "I've had enough of this! I'm not a joke!" Next week he insists on being called Mr. Rhodes after rejecting his Diamondust gimmick, claiming no one has the right to refer to him by his first name.
