Bobby Roode at Wrestlemania?

There were reports online today, and I do not know if this was an April Fool's joke, that Bobby Roode has been spotted in Dallas. He has no bookings or appearances scheduled. I am a fan of his heel work and would be excited to see him and Styles tie it up some more. I think he's great at putting his opponent over, even when he wins.

My question is, would his debut be wasted at Wrestlemania? I don't think he's a big enough name to a Wrestlemania audience. The NXT crowd would blow a load if he walked out (and I'm a little behind on Takeover, so please don't spoil it if he already has), but would he walk out to crickets at Wrestlemania? Would you even like to see him in WWE?

He'd get a massive reaction at Mania. Those fans will know who he is. Not happening though.

I think Bobby Roode is going to start out with NXT and eventually be called up to the main roster, and I think his time in NXT will be short. They'll pair him with some of the mainstays in NXT, maybe give him the NXT Championship before bumping him up.

He's popular, but not popular enough for a Wrestlemania debut.
