Best and worst signature moves

Nothing can kill The_Grimace!
Note: if this thread has been made before I'm sorry.

Ok I was wondering what everybody's opinion was on this subject. So lets have it what to you is the best move and what would you label the worst past and present. WWE/F only please.

Now it doest need to be for the most devastation or the most flashy just why you like it....so

Here's mine

Best. Chris jericho the code breaker why because not only is it a high impact move like the rko it can be used anywhere and on any one.

Worst. Scotty 2 hotties the worm need I say more on that one.

Ok now your turn!

Best: RKO ,deadly can be hit from anywhere e.g evan bourne vs randy orton...

Worst: Clothsline from hell , dosent look as if it can put away a wrestler. I could be wrong.

Not sure you defy signature moves, I defy it as the 5 knuckle shuffle, fly elbow stuff like that so my picks are
Best: Spine buster, why? it's a fun move to execute and it would hurt like holy hell in a bar fight
Worse: 5 knuckle shuffle why? it sucks, it's stupid cena never connects with it that move should have stayed in them rapper gimmick days cause I hate it!

Honorable mentions: CM Punks flying knee in the corner, if you saw MITB you'll know why it's a good move

I like this thread...I really like the killswitch by Christian....gotta give orton cred for the RKO...Cody Rhodes looks awsome whatever its called....I like NYTHING Goldust done...Ahh i kinda like Wade Barretts, course i like him all togather...I love CM Punks GTS and flying knee

The Worst...Ill tell you 3...ANYTHING Daniel Bryan does...I cant see Mark Henrys strongest slam being flashy or hurting...The third one might suprising you..Its actually by the WWE's flashiest athlete, The Rock..Rock bottom is okay, but his peoples elbow...RIDICULOUS!!!! and John Cenas 5 knuckle shuffle..same thing as the people elbow more or less

It's signature, not finishers. And I'm going outside of WWE, because I can.

AJ Styles' springboard flying forearm and overhead inverted DDT are brilliant, his best may be the Pele though.

If we're going by finishers then the worst is easy. Hulk Hogan's leg drop, it doesn't look painful and it's a regular move by almost any other wrestler.

The best is harder, I've always been a fan of submission finishers like the Walls of Jericho or the Anaconda Vise but you can't really go past Sweet Chin Music, simple and very very effective

I was always a big fan of Goldberg's Spear. Edge had the Spear, now Christian is using it... it seems a lot of wrestlers at some point grab the spear, even Alex Riley as of late. But Goldberg really sold it. He would take someone down then pop to his feet and flex and what not.
I'd also agree with others that the RKO by Orton has to be one of the best moves. It requires no set up and if he fails there is very little consequence other than being pushed away. When he hit the RKO on Evan Bourne in mid air and did the same with Christian, those were great moments cause of how fast he can just pop into it.

Some of the worst... I can't stand Hogan's Leg Drop. Back in the day that may have been convincing but now it's just a leg drop... there's nothing special about it. Moves today are far more flashy. I also found Rikishi's "Stink face" to be anything but amusing. yea so it sucked to have that man's ass in your face but for it to deliver a 3 count is just ridiculous.

Three best in no particular order, pedigree, RKO, Skullcrushing Finale

Three worst- Labelle lock, bryan is to tiny to make it look painful
worlds strongest slam, ok... its a body slam lol
619 rey mysterio, its to long and drawn out,

Best:
Futureshock - Drew McIntyre
Brogue Kick - Sheamus
Go To Sleep - CM Punk

Worst:
The Worm - Scotty Too Hotty
The Cobra - Santino Marella (But it is hilarious to see!)
Thugnificent - Shad

I would love to be in the meeting where they brought that one up. I could just see vincent in a power blue sports coat looking rakishi dead pan in the face and telling him"ok what I want you to do is stick your ass in my face and well call it the stink face." lmao

the worst is the heart punch... its a punch to the chest! Common, seriously!?

best is the codebreaker or GTS.

Best: The Canadian Destroyer (Petey Williams), GTS (CM Punk), Perfect Plex (Mr. Perfect), Frankensteiner (Scott Steiner-Steiner Brothers)

Worst: Stinkface (Rakishi), Five Knuckle Shuffle (Cena), The Cobra (Santino Morella), Loaded Elbow clothesline (Lex Luger),

The Best - RKO without a doubt!
The Worst - McGilicuter only because I hate the fuc**** name!!

Anything that Daniel Bryan does? Really? You must just not like the guy because he does plenty of moves that don't warrant being considered the worse signature moves. I agree that the worlds strongest slam isn't flashy, but if you think a 400 pound man landing on your chest and stomach doesn't hurt you're crazy! My best signature moves would have to include the Canadian Destroyer, The Pedigree, and The Killswitch

You didn't like the loaded elbow?!!!!! I loved that move for the time period it was great. Although it amazes me with all the peoples replies that you were the first cobra response that I've seen. I agree with that one btw

Signatures - Best) I like the spinebuster. It can really come out from anywhere and most people could do it. Worst) Mizard of Oz. The Miz is my favorite but the mizard of oz just seems stupid to me.
Finishers - Best) Skull Crushing Finale. Done right, that move could look really good and could actually be quite painful. Worst) Leg Drop. Hul Hogan may have been a good wrestler but that move was just stupid. Its used as a normal move now and Hulk used it as his 'go to' move to when fights. It just seems weak to me.

Best: Crippler Crossface (when done out of nowhere as a counter to what looked like it was a great move by opponent. Also, my martial arts teacher put me in it one day when we were messing around, and it hurt like hell. This was one of the things we used to do after sparring, try out the submission holds.) X- Factor (just because I saw it done to someone on a sidewalk and it broke his jaw and teeth, and now I have that picture of it in my mind. The one who did it it also hurt himself a little.) Sharpshooter (That sh!t hurts about three different ways. Even worse than the figure four or cloverleaf from my limited experience. I didn't ask to have any of them repeated.)

I might draw some heat for my worsts. I skipped over nonsense moves like Stinkface, Worm etc and went for well-known supposedly devastating moves:

Worst: Tombstone Pile driver (Looks like the opponent is doing too much to help and stay in place for the move), Pedigree (Usually looks like his face is so far off ground it wouldn't hurt, plus the "victim" so obviously holds on) Stone Cold Stunner (looks like it might hurt your neck a little, but knock you cold, no way. At least it comes out quick.) Now, everyone of these is done by a top WWF/E guy and I love them all, but take the moves separate from the superstar and they really lose something.
HM Best: Andre's claw. You believe he could've just crushed your skull if he felt like it.
HM Worst: Lie detector. Great hops and spin, but you should just be able to push him away mid-air.
