AW Seemingly Done With WWE; Ranting on Twitter

The Dragon Saga

Whale in a Teardrop
A W ‏@AWPromotions
AWPromotions is no more ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for your support and hate, it's been a great run. Now I get to do me which isn't PG!

@TitusONeilWWE & @DarrenYoungWWE thank you for allowing me to speak on your behalf. You guys are the best and I'm glad to call u my friends!

I've offended the wrong people that taught me how to have ATTITUDE It was the #WWE that made me bold and now it has turned it's back on me

Let this be a lesson to up and coming talent in the WWE don't try and be great like the Rock or Stone Cold. WWE isn't the same...

Just be normal shut up and be a yes man so you can collect your check and feel like your special. #SELLOUTS!!

I remember a time when the WWE didn't care about breaking the mold but now everyone is so afraid of their own shadow. #RemeberTheFans

Thanks to the fans who showed me support over the whole Kobe thing and to those I upset I apologize again. Remember It's entertainment folks

Whether it be for the comment about Kobe or otherwise, I'd a soft spot for AW(no, not that spot), he'd some personality, gave him a chance to do something unique(although the mic does act as the speakerphone did for Jimmy Hart) and The Primetime Players are a pretty promising tag team, but he's not exactly irreplaceable.

If by great, he means
Being annoying as fuck,
Then yes guys; be great.

Oh no. However will WWE cope without a man who can't wrestle for more than three months without getting injured?

I can see only one man that can lead. One man that can inspire. One man that can guide PTP to greatness.

Thank you AW for speaking on behalf of nearly every WWE fan on the planet

AW got Darren Young and Titus O'Neil over, it's ridiculous they released him for that Kobe joke. What about Young and Titus now? I blame Vince for being a yes man to his pathetic wife.

They fire AW for his joke which didn't really hurt anyone, but keep Tensai who insulted Asian people. Yep, that sounds right.

So AW made one little Kobe joke, and on a side note, Vince McMahon referred Cena to his "n-gga" on live TV.

WWE is so damn stupid

I think people may be jumping to conclusions here. Sure, the Kobe joke may have been the nail in his coffin, but we have no idea what else may have been going on behind the scenes. I doubt he got fired for the Kobe joke alone.

As many have pointed out in the last hour, Tensai's Tout never made it into mainstream press, never made it onto ESPN, featured vaguely on TMZ, AW's comments gained national exposure so therefore it's two entirely different situations.

So AW made one little Kobe joke, and on a side note, Vince McMahon referred Cena to his "n-gga" on live TV.

:disappointed:

WWE wasn't PG then, were they? Didn't think so. Triple H once sexually molested the mannequin of a storyline deceased woman. Brian Pillman once held a gun towards Steve Austin. Difference is that was then, this is now.

What is the one glaring difference between AW and Tensai/Vince/Punk/Bryan or anyone else who does something inappropiate and gets away with it? AW is colored, simple. People can deny it all they want (this forum is full of fat white guys so they will) but it is what it is. Inb4 OMFG raccce cardzz111!!!!

He probably got fired for referencing an almost 10 year old incident. Use some more recent material like Chris Brown or IMF's Strauss-Kahn.

I have no idea who this is but when I read what they said it made me laugh. I have realized recently it isn't PG that *****fied wrestling, it is the sponsors that are the real issue.

It took you only recently to realize that the sponsors footing the bills have some form of influence?

Have to love the IWC. Nothing quite like crying over a man who was managing a piss bucket tag team.

But hey, AW made fun of rape, so clearly he's ATTITUDE! FUCK YOU VINCE AND LINDA FOR PUTTING ON A SHOW PEOPLE AREN'T ASHAMED OF! FUCK YOU ALL UP YOUR NATION SERVING ASSES!

Dumbasses. And I'm not talking about Vince and Linda.

Good. Everytime the PTP came on screen I either muted it or turned the channel. Hated that dude and am happy he is gone. PTP does have potential as a tag team, but AW doesn't as anything.

FYI, you don't need to make fun of rape to be edgy or have attitude. The Rock and Steve Austin never did IIRC and they are IWC darlings.
