I used to play it on weekends with a club, a few tournaments and for school, I was in fairly good shape.

Tennis confuses me. But my mum is addicted to it. When we wer eon holiday she spent half of the time watching tennis because apparently it was an important tournament.

It's a cool sport once you get into it. The scoring is insane.

I understand it up until it says Advantage. Then I get confused. So I don't watch it.

When it says Ad next to someones name, it means if the person who has Ad next to their name gets the point they will play next, they win that game.

To get advantage, the score has to be deuce which is 40-40 and lets say I was playing KB it would be like this

RRR: 40
KB: 40

That's deuce, then KB wins the next point

RRR: 40
KB: Ad

If KB wins the next point, he wins that game, if not, it goes back to deuce and that process starts over again.

Advantage means you're at a tie and you have to win by 2. It means that one person has one of those two. If they get the next point they win, if they lose it they go back to deuce.
