Armando Friggin Estrada!

Afro-Ameri-Spawn

Houston's Hometown Hero
I just saw this week's ECW broadcast and I have to saw that U was very impressed by the physique on Armando Estrada. He had six pack abs. He had guns. Hell, he was built better than half of the guys who are on the WWE roster. He should become a regular in the ring with a look that good and the mic skills that he already possesses.

But I want to know what YOU thought when the man came out with that build as well as whether or not he should hit the ring full time.

All I can say is I am a full time Estrada fan now...

He looked great and was funny as hell in the ring. "I'm the boss here you little punk!"

lmao. Excellent.

I've been waiting for the unveiling of Armando. I saw him back in his rookie days in OVW as the Iraqi sympathizer character named Osama, two guesses as to why he got a gimmick change. He was little more than a jobber back then but he had the physique you saw on display tonight. He wasn't that great in the ring but he had the look and mic skills that could have made a damn good WWE wrestler. He looks a bit better now, but it was something I was looking forward to.

...is on STER-I -FUCKIN -ODS

I fully enjoyed him though. WHY the fuuuuck havent they been using him?? Its hard to find a good entertaining heel. hopefully this is the first of many in ring appearances from him.

Why be so shocked by someone being cut? I mean Henry Rollins is built Like a Brick shithouse and just looking at him with a shirt on you would never realise it. But then again you never see Lance Storm and Henry Rollins in the same place, so it could just be Henry Rollins or Lance Storm. Shit I am rambling

I dunno Shadow, I think everyone is just suprised becuase you would think they would use him in a combative role more often if he was built like that. People were just suprised becuase they never use him in that manner, and he ends up being ripped, ya know??

but the same sort of thing with Henry Rollins you don't expect him to be built like a fucking Brick Shithouse. I would hazard a guess that AAE is too small to be a threat or he is too injury prone.

Frontman for Black Flag and other projects over the years.

Here is showing the Lance storm question

And here is a photo that gives a basic idea.

Yeah, I going to have to disagree with you. I've seen Rollins 8 or 9 times, and I've actually met him 3 times. If you don't realize how built he is just from looking at him, even from a distance, then you are blind. Dude is ripped and, while he does not wear "muscle" shirts, he doesn't exactly wear loose shirts either. He is a big guy and is pretty damn proud of it.

no that doesn't show how ripped he is. I am a Big Guy but Im not ripped. I use Built like a Brick Shithouse to get the Ripped idea across. Really I thought he was a fairly short man as well.

Hey, isn't Henry Rolling one of the guys who got gutted in Wrong Way 2? lol

But seriously. i was expecting Armando to be some chubby assed manager who could use an ab roller for Christmas. I never expected the guy to come out with an 8 pack. And not only that, but the announcers were marking out for the guy. And that kind downplayed it a bit until he took his shirt off and I saw he was the real deal. Wow, look at me sounding like some giddy little alter boy.

But really, I gotta wonder why they would put flabby fucks like Mike Knox in the ring week after week when Armando looks cut to shit? It's perplexing.

I've just seen armando and i was impressed! From the way he dressed you'd have assumed he was bigger, maybe with a bit of a gut. but I was shocked when he came out with that figure.

Maybe the reason they haven't pushed him is because he looks so much like Lou Bega:

A little bit of Adamle in my life, a little bit of Morrison by my side
A little bit of Dreamer's all I need, a little bit of Colin's what I see
A little bit of Mike Knox in the sun, a little bit of Chavo all night long
A little bit of Boogeyman here I am, a little bit of Kofi, he's my man

Haha.

No seriously, if he was talented enough to be pushed as a superstar, I'm sure they would've done it already instead of just giving him a vocal role, much like Matt Striker. Striker can get it done in the ring, but he's nothing to write home about, and it seems like Estrada fits the same bill. They might have him wrestle a few matches here and there, but he's much better on the mic, and since they have other wrestlers that aren't getting face time as it is, throwing another one in there is unnecessary.

When Estrada debuted with Umaga, I thought he looked pretty big then and was expecting him and Umaga to be a tag team. Last week on ECW didn't surprise me that much, he has more of an athletic look than a mass monster, not too difficult to obtain.

I am pretty sure that Edge injured Estrada on his debut, and that is the reason why Estrada doesn't wrestle full time anymore. I wil find the video on Youtube and show you guys.

Ok, I think I have it. Estrada's in ring name was Jose Estrada. Here is the video of Edge's debut and the injury that stopped Estrada from wrestling.

Coulda been, but, not thinking so. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jose_Estrada,_Jr. Says edge broke his neck and he's now a correction's officer. Kinda suprised me that Edge is still in the WWE since he did this at a time when he was fairly new and probably exbendable.

Different Estrada. That Estrada would be older than the Estrada in ECW right now.
