Shawn Micahels did the best promo of the year in that one. It raises the best point of Hulk Hogan, as long as you go there it doesn't matter if you half ass it in the ring. you already have their money.

I think these two in montreal were better. Still, that whole feud Michaels was easily on his A game.

A couple things. Very few people generate White Heat, and Michaels certainly does in Montreal for obvious reasons.

Bret Hart and Hogan are insanely over still to this day
