A co-worker of mine was recently sued for 3,000$ due to a wreck caused by my co-worker. She had full coverage insurance thus all medical bills were paid, property damage was taken care of on both sides, etc.
That's the thing, she wasn't sued medical bills, property damage, etc. It was for "emotional" losses on the male (Not even involved in the car wreck might I add!) Apparently because he couldn't perform sexual intercourse for a month or so, thus he sued for "emotional" damages.
How is this even possible?
