All-Purpose Undertaker thread

SSJPhenom

The Phenom of WZ
Well John Cena, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, and HBK have a thread dedicated to them. So who better than me:) to create one for the Phenom.

Anyone who knows me, knows how I feel about 'Taker. He is the greatest big man ever. He is the most respected wrestler ever. He continues to get better in the ring. Also, he could be considered one of, if not, the greatest of all time. So people, let me know what you thing of the Deadman.

This thread is dedicated to all things Undertaker. Keep it in here.

Please, nobody post in this thread.

It would appear that Jericho, Orton, HBK, and Cena are far more important wrestlers to have a conversation about. Can't have one about 'Taker.

This was a "generic" thread. Don't post in it.

Your sarcasm sucks...

But, I'll join.

I wasn't being sarcastic.

No one should post in this thread. Obviously, it wasn't a good enough thread for the Dark Lord of the Sith to keep in the WWE sections. So why should it be posted in?

It is on the same level as the other *OFFICIAL* threads. I just don't get it.

I'm affraid to create any other threads.

Most of these fan threads are put in the Spam Zone. Remember the Hurricane and Santino ones? They were here too.

Sure, I remember those threads:suspic:

My thread wasn't just a fan thread, however. 'Taker remains one of the biggest, most important wrestlers in the WWE today. If these threads can be created about Jericho, Shawn Michaels(who isn't even a champion), and Orton. Then why can't one be made about 'Taker.

I just wanted to have a general discussion on 'Taker in the same format that has been used on Cena and the other threads that I have mentioned. I didn't see a problem with it.

Do you see a problem with it?

Not really, but the leading post might influence spam (Sidious told me via PM about a thread I created, concerning the same thing.) But why are we discussing this?

Undertaker is arguably one of the best big men wrestlers ever and is arguably the best gimmick you have ever scene play out for the long run.

I understand him wanting to make the WWE section better and more power to him. I really like Sidious as a poster and as a mod, but if an Official 'Taker thread can't be created, then the others should be done away with.

Which he has done away with them, if you look in the WWE section real quick. He also PM'd me and told me that I wasn't capable of better posting and that I should take pointers from the people that have been creating threads in the WWE sections.

IDK about you, but most of the threads that have been created recently have been a lot of the same, "This is my first thread, so bare with me......." Or there have been threads created were the OP will present a question or opinion and then the next poster will completely go off of topic, allowing for a "Moderator" comment.

I love the WWE sections and have respect for Sidious, but for him to tell me that I'm not a capable poster, because I wanted to discuss my favorite wrestler on a wrestling forum, is complete and utter bullshit.

I love the Undertaker, I respect the man. I just personally feel he should have stepped down after Wrestlemania 25. His match against CM Punk at HIAC was abyssmal. He's so messed up, i'd hate to see something happen to him. I just think his match against HBK was the last shining jewel he's going to have in his career.

I guess there'd be a need for an "All Purpose" thread if people were going on and on about him and making endless threads about him like Cena and the bunch.

If I recall correctly Coco, there were a bunch of threads created for the man after Summer Slam and since his return, there have been a lot of threads created about him.

There wasn't a bunch of threads created about HBK when his thread was created. That started between an argument that LJL and I had in the Cena thread. Same goes for Jericho.

That was a really shitty point of view to bring up.

WM 25 wasn't his last shinning moment in the WWE. He has continued to improve over the last few years. Yes he had a shitty match with CM Punk at HIAC, but that can be blamed on booking because they wouldn't allow the wrestlers to "go there" in the match.

I believe that when he feels like he can't perform on the level as the top stars in the WWE, he will step down. However, right now, he remains one of the best performers in the WWE.

People want to talk about HBK which is why his thread has gone so long. A Taker thread wouldn't be nearly as interesting because people seem him through blinders and don't realize how shit he is for the most part. It's be a waste of the tubes.

He's continued to deteriorate over the past few years. It wasn't because he couldn't "go there." It's because he's so fucked up with pain and everything else its damn near impossible for him to wrestle a good match.

Undertaker, while unquestionably putting his time in over the years, is probably one of the most over-rated wrestlers in WWE history. Even the Observer readers awarded him that "honor" in 2001.

I agree in that people are starting to see the man more so for what he really is ... simply an entrance.

Yes, he is nothing but an entrance. An entrance who has had the greatest match of this year and an entrance who is the WHC. Also, an entrance who is, unquestionably the most respected wrestler ever. An entrance who continues to have better and better matches in the, what is now, nearing the end of his career.

That overrated BS was in 2001. I guarantee you that you wouldn't see that BS now a days.

If you want to talk about overrated, you should point out guys like Bret Hart, HHH, the IWC's precious Cena, and even HBK.
