Alicia Fox Receiving A Big Push?

Recently Alicia Fox HAS NOT lost a match, excluding the Raw Divas Battle Royal. She has had matches on Smackdown, usually her and either Roas Mendes or Tamina against AJ and Kaitlyn or Natalya, or all three and she has won, every time? if i am correct. And on WWE Superstars she has had numerous matches against AJ, Kaitlyn, Tamina amoung others, and again she has won every match from memory. The commentators say that shes on the hunt for the divas championship, but I just cant get my head around the push shes getting, and how strong she has been looking recently.

Will she be the next divas champion?

Why is it that she is getting such a big push recently?

She is NOT getting any kind of push. She's beaten two rookies and Tamina.. So what? Sorry to burst your bubbles but obviously the crowd didn't care for Alicia Fox when she was champion. Even though she did some pretty sick stuff on Raw(Kick Zack Ryder's ass and slapping Dule Hill) She just couldn't get over as a heel. And whenever she gets a reaction she gets cheered sort of. So was that match against Tamina a possible face turn? Maybe. Probably for the better too cause she gets cheered some times.

Divas Champion soon? Highly doubt it. Kelly's holding the belt and if it's not Beth she's gonna feud with it's either Natalya or The Bella Twins. Personally I'd rather see Alicia Fox then Natalya or The Bellas but what the hell.

Alicia Fox receiving a push? What? I watch Smackdown every Friday but I cannot remember who the hell she's faced the last couple of weeks. That's really saying something. If Alicia Fox was getting any kind of push I would more than likely remember a match she's participated in. The focus right now is on Kelly Kelly, Beth Pheonix and Natalya. When has the WWE ever pushed more than one program with the divas? Alicia Fox is awful. Not Bella Twins awful, but she's definitely on a level of her own. Besides, she's beat a couple of girls on Smackdown in a couple of quick, forgettable, boring matches. She's not getting any kind of push. It would suck if she did.

I really thought the whole purpose of the Superstars match was going to be to give Tamina a little push. She does look pretty badass, and I thought the WWE was moving toward the badass chicks getting more of a push in the Diva division. Then, Alicia went over Tamina. Then, Kelly went over Beth at SS. Now, maybe they just felt like the Beth/Natalya story needs more time to brew before putting one of them over. But right now, I'm not so sure that anything is going to change in the Diva division at all.

Watching Alicia Fox in the ring is painful because she still apparently hasn't learned to take a bump. She lands on the mat in sections rather than absorbing the hit with her whole body, and with that scrawny physique of hers, I'll bet it hurts like hell.

Of course, that's no reason for her not to receive a push. The thing is, except for Kelly, no diva really receives a push (although something's brewing with Beth & Natalya). All the others win and lose the title in monotonous fashion and I see no particular reason Alicia should be featured over anyone else.

Nor is there a reason she shouldn't be.

Okay, there seems to be very little evidence for this. Given that generally only two - four Divas are in the spotlight at any given time, and right now it is all about Beth w/ Natalya vs. Kelly w/ Eve, the OP's claims are by and large, completely unfounded.

Will she be the next Divas' champion?

Well her first reign was largely a travesty, and a transition to get the belt back on returning Melina, so why give it her again? Also the currently stoked rivalry is, as I've already said, largely about Beth and Kelly.

Why is it that she's getting such a big push recently?

She's really, really not. She might be winning, but these matches seem to me to be rather insignificant, there's not been an awful lot of build about them, and she's not one of the 'main' Divas right now.

Yea I agree with those who are saying that she is not getting a big push, but she is just looking down right dominant lately. Every match she has been in she has won, and just looked bad ass while doing it. This may have only been on Smackdown and Superstars however these wins have to count for something, she must be on someones good side with the booking as of late. I dont believe that she will be Divas champ any time soon, but that is what commentary said so I thought I'd ask, and because she is winning and looking so dominant lately, I thouroughly believe that this will count for something, either she will be getting a push in the future, or she is 'close' with one of the writers. I know she isnt getting pushed but I really couldnt think of another word to describe her win streak, and new image (way she is looking, powerful) as of late.
