No more Spongebob? No more I Love the 80s marathons?? No more episodes of True Life? WHYYYY????

I'm fucking pissed about this Viacom bullshit. Not only am I losing twenty channels, they're actually raising the price of cable.

I'm assuming it'll be fixed in a month or so, but the fact that it needs to happen is ludicrous. They both know they'll both budge, so basically this is a pissing contest between Time Warner/Bright House and Viacom. Meanwhile, they both lose money and overall, the consumers are the ones who get hurt.

That is terrible... for you Americans.

In Central Canada (Can't speak for out west or the maratimes), all good shows from those networks are filtered down on to four or five Canadian channels. CBC, CTV, Global, and CityTV, YTV. There may be some others that I'm not mentioning, but these are about the biggest. We also have The Comedy Network which is a Comedy Central clone.

Hope that all this doesn't effect us. What's the cause of the rift..?
