I'm Literally Just Here for WZCW
We are backstage to see the former WZCW tag team champions of the world preparing for the biggest match of Saboteur's life. Action Saxton and Saboteur are facing each other in the locker room, looking deadly serious.

Saxton: Are you ready for this, Saboteur?

Saboteur rubs his hand over his jaw and ponders the question.

Saboteur: I don't know. This is the moment I've waited for my entire life - a chance to become the WZCW World Heavyweight Champion. I'm as ready as I'll ever be, I guess.

Saxton: Now hold on a second, sucka! That ain't no way to go into the match of your life. How did you feel before you wrestled Ty Burna on the night you shocked the world?

Saboteur: Hungry. And a little sad. I had just finished my eleventh complete viewing of the Golden Girls, and -

Saxton: What about before you faced me at Kingdom Come in the greatest match of all time?!

Saboteur: Well, I had this itch, and I thought maybe I needed to wash my suit -

Saxton throws up his arms and gets in Saboteur's face.

Saxton: And what about the night we became the world tag team champions?!

Saboteur: Well, I remember thinking that someone was going to be a real grouch if we lost...

Saxton puts his arms on Saboteur's shoulders and shakes him. Saboteur, as best he can, looks stunned.

Saxton: NOW LISTEN HERE, TURKEY! You go into this match all lackadaisical like, you gonna get your ass kicked! You gotta get mad!

Saboteur: Mad?

Saxton: Mad! You gotta get fierce!

Saboteur: Fierce?

Saxton: FIERCE! YOU GOTTA GET WILD!

Saboteur: Wild!

Saxton: WILD! YOU GOTTA CHARGE THAT RING LIKE A HOUSE OF FIRE, YOU GOTTA LET THE MOJO FLOW THROUGH YOU, AND YOU GOTTA BE READY TO FIGHT!

Saboteur puts his arms on Saxton's shoulder and shakes him. Saxton looks almost twice as stunned as Saboteur had before.

Saboteur: I am! I'm angry! I'm fierce! Dang it, Saxton, I'm ready to fight!

Saxton: Now that's what I need to hear! Listen to me, Saboteur... this crazy Roulette Wheel could prevent me from being out there tonight to support you. So you gotta know one more thing before you go out there. I see you, you're mean, you're angry, and you are ready to win this thing. But when it gets rough, when it gets just too hard to keep going, you remember one thing, sucka.

Saxton takes a deep breath and continues.

Saxton: You remember, Sabotuer, that I love...

Almost imperceptibly, Saboteur squeals ever so slightly, almost but not quite like a little girl.

Saxton: ...the taste of new Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos.

Saboteur claps his hands and brings them to his chin, looking at the ceiling in wonderment.

Saboteur: I knew it! I knew you loved the taste of new Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos, available now at Taco Bell, too! I've always known!

Saxton takes a step back and nods, choking back tears.

Saxton: You're ready. I've done all I can. Good luck, sucka.

Saxton extends a hand to Saboteur, and his partner clasps it firmly. The camera fades out as the two share a very manly nod of respect and admiration.

The arena in Las Vegas goes wild as a small show of pyrotechnics goes off and the camera pans around the audience. We have many signs for Saboteur, "Showtime" and Celeste, all regarding the World title match tonight. The crowd continues to cheer as we transition to the commentary booth.

Serra: Good evening ladies and gentlemen! I'm Rebecca Serra and I'm here with my partner Johnny Klamor to call the second Aftershock Insanity episode in WZCW's history. Tonight, for the second year in a row, the World Heavyweight Championship will be defended in the main event.

Klamor: That is going to be a huge match tonight - we've already seen Saboteur's training regime happen and I can only imagine what Celeste & Showtime are putting themselves through to get ready for this contest.

Serra: No doubt. We've wasted enough of your time explaining the show - let's get started!

Serra: ... or not.

Klamor: If he is interrupting the show now, you know he has something important to say.

The Elite X Champion walks out by himself to the ring in his wrestling gear, ready for whatever the Roulette Wheel is going to give him tonight. Smith goes down the ramp, ignoring the heavy boos from the audience as he holds his title high in the air. He heads over to the time-keeper's desk and takes a microphone before hopping into the ring. He waits for the music and the fans to die down before beginning to speak.

Smith: So... I hear we've got a lot of anxious people in the back who are biting at the teeth, waiting to hear the sound of the Roulette wheel click over to my name, forcing me to defend my Elite X championship tonight on Aftershock.

Most of the crowd cheer, wanting to see another title match occur tonight.

Smith: To be quite honest, if I wasn't currently the greatest reigning and defending Elite X champion, I'd be doing the same thing but there is a difference for this situation - no matter who I face tonight, I'm still going to be walking out with the Elite X title around my waste.

The crowd boos at this bold statement.

Smith: I have proven time and time again over the last couple of months that I am truly the greatest wrestler in this company right now. I have faced off against high-profile stars who were deemed "the hottest rising star" or "a legend in the making" and you know what happened? I defeated them with breaking a sweat and I did so in their own environments. Celeste works best under pressure and what happened - She flopped because of me. Triple X is known for his hi-flying antics and guess what - I conquered our TLC match.

So to say that I'm not even concerned about my match tonight is an understatement - hell, you guys should be lucky I even turned up to these "roulette shows" because my partner, the guy who defeated Matt Tastic and sent him to the hospital and is still the Eurasian champion, didn't feel like he owed the company his presence.

The crowd boos as they are reminded of Rush not being here this week, meaning no Eurasian title contest.

Smith: I hope I get a tough opponent because I need the competition so you know what Roulette Wheel, hit me with your best shot because I am willing to defend this title against anybody.

We wait for a few moments for Smith to get his answer but instead of the Roulette Wheel, we get something else:

The crowd cheers as the General Manager of Aftershock Chuck Myles comes out and appears with a microphone in hand and a smirk on his face. He doesn't seem to be intimidated by the threats and demands made by Smith.

Klamor: This should get interesting...

Myles: Oh... it is so nice of you to join us, Mr. Smith. I am humbled by your presence and I thank you for being here tonight. It's such a shame that Rush couldn't make it here tonight but alas, the show must go on, right?

The crowd cheers for Myles as Smith stands in the ring confused.

Smith: What do you want?

Myles: Me? Oh nothing... I just came out here to answer those questions of yours. You know, the one about who you will be facing tonight? Well... I don't want to spoil much but I thought I'd let you know that you better find yourself a ride.

Smith: What do you mean, "ride?"

Myles: Oh yes, that's right. I forgot to mention to you earlier that your match actually isn't being contested in this building at all. Do you know that Grocery Store that we donated to as a way of helping them get through the recession? Yeah, that's the location of the match... and you better hurry because that match is coming up soon.

The crowd cheers as Smith doesn't look too happy about this?

Smith: Are you telling me that I have to compete in a... Grocery Store.

Myles: Umm... yeah, I'm pretty sure I said that. Well Sam, you better hop to it.

As Myles goes to turn and leave, he puts his index finger in the air.

Myles: Oh... by the way. I found somebody walking around the neighbourhood and we bumped into each other - this certain somebody said that they thought he'd be a good opponent for you to test your skills against... as well as something along the lines of wanting to reclaim his title back? Maybe I should introduce you to him.

Myles smiles as he walks to the back but nothing happens for a moment until...

The crowd pops loudly as the familiar music hits the arena. Smith watches on, waiting to see if it is a joke. After a couple of seconds, Mick Overlast walks out onto the stage in street clothing and does nothing but stare down Smith, making a title belt gesture with his hands to signal that he wants his title back. Smith clutches his Elite X title and shakes his head at Overlast.

Serra: Mick Overlast is here! He has returned!

Klamor: And he has made his intentions clear that he wants the Elite X title back around his waist... this is a shocker!

Serra: We haven't even had our first match and we've already received a surprise. Welcome back Overlast!

The image ends with Overlast and Smith staring each other down until we fade into commercial.

We return to Aftershock with the titantron already in full motion when it comes to choosing what the next match-up is going to be.

Serra: Welcome back to Aftershock Insanity as we decide what our next contest of this, the 2013 Roulette Rounds, is going to be!

The change is frantic and furious as it rolls through the various options such as Buried Alive, No Holds Barred, Bullrope Match before ultimately...

WZCW’s Roulette Says:

Singles, Ladder Match (Pinfall or Submission Only)

Several officials rush out with varying heights of ladders, laying them down at the side of the guardrail. Then, two officials run out carrying one massive ladder. They open it up before placing it in the middle of the ramp aisle. The fans start cheering this, their anticipation growing.

Klamor: Seeing that massive ladder makes me think we’re going to witness some carnage in a minute!

As Johnny predicts violence, the officials leave as quickly as they arrived as a referee enters the ring ready to officiate between...

Anderson: Introducing first, from Eastport, Maine, weighing 200 pounds; JIMMY FLYNN!

Flynn enters to a solid reception. He raises his fist high into the air and smiles a little. He progresses down the ramp, eyeing up the various ladders around him before taking note of the massive one in the ramp. He decides against going under it, knowing it could indeed bring bad luck.

Klamor: Superstitious fool.

Serra: Well I can’t say I’d walk underneath the ladder Johnny. Flynn looks to hedge his bets, but who is he facing tonight?

A fitting question as the titantron scrolls through various adversaries for Flynn to potentially face. Ultimately the randomiser lands on the sinister face of a certain Grand individual.

Anderson: And his opponent; weighing 364 pounds, he is the leader of the Sacrificial Alter; THE GRAND MYSTIQUE!

The arena boos mercilessly as the lights are extinguished. After a few moments, the corners of the ring are illuminated and the Grand Mystique is perched on the edge of the turnbuckle facing Flynn. Jimmy shows no fear as the mysterious leader of the Sacrificial Alter steps down and into the ring. As the lights return to normal, the two combatants come together in the centre of the ring. They square up, almost nose-to-nose as the referee signals for the bell. Mystique is cautious, as is Flynn, but it is the masked man who makes the first move. He tries to set-up a collar-elbow tie-up, but is met with a swift counter into a roll-up by Flynn! 1...2...KICK-OUT! Mystique powers out and rises swiftly.

Serra: What a surprise that could’ve been.

His face a mixture of rage and surprise, Mystique throws caution to the wind as he lets his raw emotions control him. He tries again to grab Flynn, but the fan favourite ducks Mystique’s assault before grabbing another swift cover, this time through a schoolboy; 1...2...KICK-OUT! Now exceptionally frustrated, the masked man doesn’t waist anytime in lashing out at Flynn, throwing a stiff kick at the right leg of Flynn. The move drops the former Mayhem contender to the canvas.

Klamor: There’s that intelligence of Mystique I talked about before. He’s clearly a man who does his research on his opponents. A smart tactician.

Mystique stands over Flynn and smirks, pleased with his handiwork in this instance. He knows this is a match to be won though and bounces off the ropes before coming down on top of his foe with a running back splash, though most of the weight comes down onto Flynn’s right leg. Mystique, ever the vindictive soul, decides this isn’t enough though and recalls the nature of this contest; a ladder match. He casually rolls out of the ring and while he seems intrigued by the enormous ladder, he opts to pick a smaller one. Easily lifting the ladder, Mystique turns around only to witness Flynn getting back to his feet, though favouring his weakened leg. A sense of urgency creeps into Mystique’s movements and he is faster in getting back to the ring. He slides the ladder into the ring and soon follows protecting it from Flynn the entire time. However, Flynn is now back to his feet and as Mystique goes to pick up the ladder to wield it as a weapon, Flynn lifts the “Universal Evil” to his feet in a fireman’s carry position. The crowd rises with anticipation and roars as Mystique appears to be in trouble. Flynn’s right leg though is causing the “Devil’s Dancer” problems and he buckles, allowing Mystique freedom. He immediately grabs the ladder and swiftly smashes it upwards in a swooping movement, cracking the steel off of Flynn’s poor face.

Falling backwards, Flynn grabs his face in anguish and rolls away and out of the ring to tend to his facial features. Mystique sneers at his act and goes over to the edge of the ring before throwing the ladder on top of the wounded Flynn. Both the ladder and Flynn are on the outside and Mystique soon follows. He knows what his plan is and immediately grabs the ladder, resting it against the ring post. He now backs away and allows Flynn to take his time in getting up. Blood trickles out of a minute hole in Flynn’s forehead and he struggles to rise, his right leg playing up. Eventually he is to a standing position and Mystique charges, nailing a diving shoulder charge, throwing his 346 pounds at Flynn and forcing Flynn to bounce off the resting ladder. Crashing off of the steel before falling into a heap, Flynn appears to be in the deep end as Mystique rises and a new, more assured grin creeps onto the “Sacrificial Altar” leader’s face. It is now that he once again eyes up the massive ladder that casts its shadow over the whole match.

Serra: Mystique appears to have some evil intentions in mind with that huge ladder in the entranceway.

With Becky pointing out the obvious, Mystique stands just below the ladder and his smile grows wider. He turns to see Flynn clawing at the protective matting and attempting to force himself to his feet and laughs. He goes back to take down his adversary once and for all, lifting him up and dragging him away from the site of his earlier destruction so as to inflict more devastation upon him. He picks Flynn off his feet and prepares for the Hand of Prophecy dominator finisher, hoisting Flynn onto his shoulders. Jimmy though is a resilient soul and he wriggles madly, surprising Mystique who believed him dead-to-rights. Flynn drops down and not allowing the paint to register just this one time, Flynn spins around and shoves Mystique as hard as he can into the massive metal construct. Mystique face bounces off the ladder and he falls flat on his back before the ladder comes tumbling down on top of his too! The crowd roars with delight. Flynn notes that he has bought himself some time and drops to one knee for a quick moment before deciding he would be safer in the ring. He hobbles away from the fallen Mystique and ladder and clambers into the ring, separating himself and his opponent for the time being. Mystique starts to stir though.

Serra: Hats off to Jimmy Flynn for his sheer resilience in taking down Mystique with that crafty move.

Klamor: I actually agree. That was a good use of the match type from Flynn.

Using the ring ropes, Flynn rises, trying to keep pressure off his right leg. He turns to see what the state of Mystique is and the masked man is to his feet already. Flynn nods, acknowledging that he is ready for the deadly Mystique though. The “Universal Evil” drags the ladder that he has become oh so acquainted with behind him before tossing it forward against the ring ropes. Flynn tries to move quickly in a bid to overcome Mystique, but the mysterious individual is far too crafty for that and he sharply shoves the ladder into Flynn’s damaged right leg. The force of the moves drops Flynn flat on his face before Mystique shoves the ladder into the ring. He soon follows. Both competitors and the massive ladder are now in the ring and Mystique thinks it’s time to end this. He positions Jimmy’s weak right leg between the two separate parts of the ladder and comes off the ropes before dropping all his weight across the ladder. He favours his back with some pain, but it is nothing compared to the ferocious anguish that Flynn feels. He grabs his knee and rolls around in maddening pain. Mystique grins through the pain, knowing he has dealt some delicious pain. He grabs Flynn by the head and decides to end it. He hoists Flynn high and executes his Hand of Prophecy which he does with force. He kicks Flynn’s corpse over and puts his foot on Flynn’s chest for the arrogant cover: 1...2...3!

Anderson: Here is your winner; THE GRAND MYSTIQUE!

Mystique smirks at the result before slowly looking down at Flynn and his expression changes. His smile dips into his face and a deadpan expression dominates. He then returns to his prior plan and attacks Flynn’s right leg, stomping away again as the referee implores him to stop before the Sacraficial Alter’s music changes to...

The fans as Mikey Stormrage sprints, as only he could, top the ring. Mystique, in no hurry to confront his nemesis backs away and exits the ring just as Mikey slides into the ring. Mystique shakes his head and a sinister smirk slips onto his face. He backs up the ramp and Mikey checks on Flynn, though his attention remains with Mystique.

Serra: Thank goodness for Mikey Stormrage stopping this from getting any uglier than it already had been.

Klamor: Ugly indeed, but necessary. I think Mystique put everyone in WZCW on watch with that method of victory over Flynn.

We are backstage to see "Showtime" Cougar doing some chin-up's in the back, readying for his match tonight. He then drops down and begins doing some squat exercises and remaining focused on training... that is, of course, until Stacey Madison comes into the picture.

Madison: Trying to make yourself look good for tonight?

Without missing a beat...

Showtime: I could say the same thing to you.

Stacey looks on in shock as Show finishes up his squats to talk to her.

Showtime: To save you the trouble of asking the question - I'm ready for my match tonight, 100%. If I can handle the likes of John Constantine and the Empire for 60 Minutes then I think I can handle the likes of Saboteur & Celeste. I don't want to sound like I'm riding them off because both of them will be bringing their "A" game tonight but I'm not the World champ for nothing. Thanks Stacey for the great interview.

Showtime grabs his World title belt and heads off in the other direction, leaving Stacey speechless.

Serra: The World Heavyweight Championship match is still to come!

Klamor: Can't we have it now? I can't wait!

As we return from commercial, instead of Selena Anderson in the ring, we go to the commentary booth.

Serra: Welcome back everyone. We are taking a bit of a break from our normal routine, we now go live on location for our next match.

Before the tron switches to the live feed, the WZCW randomizer spins on screen.

WZCW’s Roulette Says:
Tag Team, Grocery Store Brawl

Klamor: I have been waiting on this one since Myles mentioned this earlier.

Serra: Only here in WZCW will you see something like this. We will still be calling the match as we see it for the benefit of those at home, but we have no idea what we are in store for.

Selena Anderson's voice can be heard, though the live feed has started.

Anderson: Ladies and gentlemen, the following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall and is a grocery store brawl!

Introducing first, from Washington D.C. weighing in at 235lbs, he is the WZCW Elite X Champion, Sam Smith!

The camera shifts focus to Smith, standing next to a magazine rack, looking displeased with the current situation. He can be seen swearing to himself.

Serra: No frills here tonight. No ring music, no fancy entrances, just an out and out brawl, and Smith looks none too pleased.

Klamor: Can you blame him? He is the Elite X champion, on one of the best winning streaks in recent memory and he is in this clown affair.

Anderson: And his partner. From Beard City, USA, weighing in 285lbs, he is one half of the WZCW Tag Team Champions, Le Beard!

The camera cuts to Beard, who strokes his beard and poses for the camera by flexing.

Serra: What a team this turns out to be. Two champions teaming up, you have to think they will be tough to beat.

Klamor: Absolutely Becky! You have arguably the hottest star in the company today teaming with one half of the best team in the company. As long as Beard follow Smith's lead you have to think they will come out on top.

Anderson: And their opponents. Introducing first, from Detroit, Michigan, weighing in at 230lbs, "The Nightmare" Dustin Hunter!

Hunter can be seen sitting on one of the checkout conveyor belts, clutching to a mop.

Serra: Looks like the youngster Hunter has picked up some hardware.

Klamor: I have a feeling he will need it. He is up against two of the best in the world, but Hunter is a man who loves violence and will use anything he can get his hands on to turn the tide.

Anderson: And his partner, from Whereev...

???: Hold up. If you jive turkeys are going to introduce me, you best do it right!

Saxton: From wherever I damn well please, driving all the ladies wild and knocking out all the jive suckas, the baddest brotha on the planet, Action Saxton!

Saxton continues to strut through the entrance to the grocery store before he throws a vicious punch, accompanied with a manly grunt, to the jaw of Smith.

Serra: Well I guess we are underway!

Klamor: Haha, I love it already!

Without a bell or a signal from the on location ref, the match begins. Beard immediately dives onto Hunter, knocking him to the floor and the two begin to roll around the ground, trading punches. Saxton continues to unload on Smith, staggering him backwards. Saxton takes a step back and then hits a vicious kick to the midsection, causing Smith to collapse. He begins to crawl away, with Saxton in pursuit. As they reach the dairy section, Smith tries to regain his footing. By this time the few remaining patrons in the store have fled in terror. Smith uses his surroundings to get to his feet, and just as Saxton is on him he swings one of the freezer doors open and catches Saxton in the face with it. As Saxton staggers back, Smith grabs a gallon of milk at random and swings. It connects with Saxton's head and explodes.

Saxton: Oh nasty, this is skim milk you m'sucka!

As Saxton does his best to wipe the milk from his face, Smith unloads with some punches of his own, before he grabs Saxton and hits a snap suplex. Smith takes a moment to hold his midsection as the camera changes focus to Hunter and Beard. Hunter has gotten the upper hand, and is currently using the mop he had earlier to apply extra pressure to a choke hold. Beard is struggling, but other than an occasional handful of hair he can find anything to grab to break the hold. In an act of desperation he grabs a wet floor sign and swings behind him. It doesn't connect clean, but it connects enough to cause Hunter to break the hold. Beard tries to stand but Hunter is all over him with vicious elbows to the upper back. Beard remains vigilant and manages to turn to face Hunter, but Hunter grabs him and throws him into a nearby magazine rack. Hunter sizes the champ up and takes a running start but Beard comes to life and catches his foe with a mighty belly to belly suplex, taking both men and the magazine rack down.

Serra: I hope we aren't paying for any damages tonight. This is quickly getting out of hand.

Klamor: I'm loving every second of it. We should do this every week.

Smith is up and walks over to Hunter. He stomps him a few times before picking him up. The Elite X champ readies his opponent and hits a neckbreaker, rolling into a cover. 1...2...and Hunter kicks out. Smith locks in a chinlock and Beard stumbles to his feet. Before he can help his unlikely partner Saxton comes running in and hits a flying kick to the chest of Beard. Both men stumble for a few steps before they begin trading blows. Beard with a mighty grunt after each punch, and Saxton with kung-fu screams with each blow, they continue to trade, walking right out the front door into the parking lot. They soon find themselves brawling in the street. After narrowly avoiding an oncoming car, the two nod at each other and amicably walk back to the store, making small talk. As soon as they are back inside, they resume their brawl. Beard gets the upper hand and lifts Saxton and plants him with a sidewalk slam. He stays on top for the cover, 1...2...and Saxton is able to kick out. As Beard stand and begin to lift Saxton, Hunter runs in pushing a shopping cart, colliding with Beard. As the tag champ finds himself thrown into the cart, Hunter continues to push him toward the back. Finally they arrive at the walk in freezer and Hunter pushes the cart inside and locks Beard in the freezer.

Serra: This has to be against the rules. Dustin Hunter just locked Beard in a freezer!

Klamor: This just keeps getting better and better!

Meanwhile, Smith is in control of Saxton, planting him with a DDT in the middle of the cereal aisle. Smith begins to grab boxes of cereal and throw them onto the downed Saxton. As Dustin Hunter approaches his partner, Smith has his back turned. Hunter kicks the Elite X champ in the back of the leg, doubling him over, before throwing him head first into a shelves. With Smith leaned against the shelves, Hunter runs and hits a dropkick, both feet connecting with Smith's face. As Smith crumbles over, Hunter jumps into a cover, 1...2...and Smith kicks out. Hunter eyes the ref, who is doing his best to brush spilled cereal off him. He starts to rain down punches on Smith before covering him again, 1...2...and again Smith kicks out. Hunter stands, frustrated and begins to lift Smith. However Smith hits a low blow, and then another! Hunter is doubled over in pain, as Smith crawls to his feet. Saxton however is on him and in a repeat scene, Smith begins to crawl away. Saxton grabs a leg and tries to pull Smith back, but the champ is able to roll and kick Saxton away. Smith quickly stands and runs into the next aisle. However, instead of pursuing, Saxton merely focuses on a spot in the shelves and with a mighty kung-fu yell punches clean through the shelves and knocks Smith to the ground!

Klamor: I can't believe what I just saw! How did Action Saxton manage that?

Serra: He is a kung-fu legend Johnny.

As Saxton tries to remove his hand he finds that it has gotten stuck. Smith musters all of his strength and pushes on the shelf as Saxton struggles to free his hand. All of the rocking back and forth causes the self to fall on top of Saxton! Fruit Peddles and other cereal fall on the action star as Smith struggles to the back. He locates the freezer and opens it, freeing his partner. Beard steps out slowly, icicles having formed on his beard. Before he has time to recover however, Dustin Hunter is back. He throws something to the ground before picking up a mop laying around and breaking it over the back of Smith. With Smith down, Hunter picks up the object he threw down earlier. It turns out to be a lobster with the claw bands removed. Hunter attempts to use the claws to pinch the ice hardened nipples of Beard!

Serra: I have no words right now.

Klamor: Those claws are sharp enough to cut Beard's nipples clean off!

Beard fights against Hunter, who is determined to accomplish his goal. Just at it appears that he will succeed, Smith comes back with yet another low blow. Hunter drops the lobster and doubles over in pain. Smith hoists him onto his shoulders, and hits Nightfall! With Saxton still struggling under the weight of the shelf, Smith goes for the cover. 1...2...3!

Anderson: Here are your winners, Sam Smith and Le Beard!

As Beards runs over to a faucet to splash warm water on his beard, Smith looks down at Hunter before stepping over him on his way out.

Serra: Violence galore in an absolute brawl. The ragtag team of champs proves too much to handle though and Smith keeps up his impressive win streak.

Klamor: Seriously why don't we do this every week? This was absolutely brilliant.

**************************************

We go backstage to see Celeste Crimson sitting by herself on a crate backstage, deep in thought, presumably over her world championship match that is coming up shortly.

We hear the sound of approaching footsteps and Sandy Deserts enters the scene. She stands next to Celeste for a moment, her partner apparently not noticing her.

Sandy: Celeste?

Celeste turns her head to see Sandy standing there, but she makes no other move.

Sandy: Listen, I know you're going through a rough time, but I wanted to wish you luck tonight. I know you've got what it takes to win.

Celeste stands up abruptly, standing evenly with Sandy. She has a neutral look on her face as she faces her.

Celeste: I...

Celeste cuts herself off with an anguished look on her face, before turning on a dime and stalking away.

Sandy: Celeste? Celeste!

Sandy gets no response as she looks off in the direction Celeste went, a puzzled look on her face.

Anderson: The following contest is a Triple Threat contest scheduled for one fall and it is for the WZCW World Heavyweight Championship!

The crowd in the Las Vegas arena cheers loudly as the highly-anticipated World title contest has finally come. Everybody is excited and it takes a few seconds for the crowd to calm down.

Serra: I can't wait!

Klamor: I'm so glad I decided to accept the position of being a commentator on Aftershock... so glad. Two years in a row, baby.

The crowd gives a slightly less audible cheer than they did when Anderson announced the match as Celeste's music hits the speakers. She walks out from behind the curtain and focuses straight on the ring as she continues down the ramp.

Anderson: Introducing the first challenger, from Petersburg, Russia, weighing in at 165 pounds; "The Submission Queen" Celeste Crimson!

Celeste hops on the ring apron as a few members of the crowd cheer loudly for her name. She slingshots herself over the ropes and goes straight to the other side of the ring where she does a couple of stretches before focusing on the ramp.

Klamor: She seems quite focused tonight although I don't know how well Celeste's chances are tonight after suffering a loss to Sam Smith at All or Nothing for the Elite X title.

Serra: Call it women's intuition but something else seems to be bother Celeste - I can't pick what it is but I'm getting this vibe that she isn't herself.

Klamor: Celeste has always seemed like the quiet, focused type to me.

A huge pop erupts as Saboteur explodes out onto the stage. He runs around like a maniac to both sides of the stage, holding his hands up high and super excited about this contest.

Anderson: The second challenger, from Union City, New Jersey, weighing in at 198 pounds; Saboteur!

Saboteur makes his way down the ramp, shaking hands with the fans and thanking them for voting for Saboteur. As he passes the camera, Saboteur puts a finger to where his eye should be behind the mask and tries to wipe a tear off his face. You can also hear him say "Saxton is on his way" repeatedly as he walks away from the camera.

Serra: Watch out everyone, we have a very emotional Saboteur on our hands tonight... and apparently Saxton is on his way.

Klamor: He better not use him as a distraction to win the match; that'd be cheating.

Serra: Since when have you concerned yourself with cheating? Anyway, I'm pretty sure Saxton would only be down here for moral support.

We see a shot of Steven Holmes watching Saboteur on a TV screen backstage sliding into the ring. Holmes has a smirk on his face and nods his head in approval.

Saboteur climbs the corner and does his usual pose on the turnbuckles with his katana's before jumping off and removing his gear. Celeste watches him as he cannot keep his composure on the situation, fanning himself with his hands and putting his hands on his hips soon after, taking deep breaths. An unamused Celeste shakes her head as the two wait for their opponent.

The crowd continues their enthusiasm as they had for Saboteur for the arrival of the current World champ. A few shots of pyro explode from the entrance ramp where the final explosion sees Showtime walking through the smoke with the World Title high up in the air. He poses for a few seconds with the belt before Show walks down the rampway with dim blue lighting covering the audience.

Anderson: And their opponent, from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, weighing in at 219 pounds, he is the current, reigning and defending WZCW World Heavyweight Champion; "Showtime" Cougar!

Klamor: Have you noticed that Showtime is the heaviest competitor in this match but he isn't classified as a heavyweight?

Serra: It doesn't matter how much you weigh - all that matters is that championship is the biggest prize in our industry and if you're holding it, you are the best. Right now, Showtime is the best and you can be sure both Celeste & Saboteur will be bringing their "A" game to capture that title in what could be a rare opportunity.

Klamor: I was only posing a simple question. Jeez, Becky...

Showtime performs his signature taunt on the turnbuckles before leaping down, looking at both his opponents - the ever-so focused Celeste and the ever-so "giddy as a school girl" Saboteur. Show smiles at both competitors before taking off his title and handing it over to the referee who showcases the belt to both Celeste and Saboteur. Crimson only offers it a second glance whilst Saboteur looks in awe to admire the gold. He seems a little saddened when the referee takes it away and gives it to a ring-side hand. The crowd is hyped as the music stops and all three competitors are in the ring, causing a chant to break out:

Let's go Show-time * Sab-O-Teur *** Let's go Show-time * Sab-O-Teur *** Let's go Show-time * Sab-O-Teur *** Let's go Show-time * Sab-O-Teur ***

Celeste looks a little annoyed that her name isn't mentioned in the chanting process. The referee asks all three competitors if they are ready, which they all respond yes, and signals for the bell.

Serra: Here we go!

Celeste is the first to make a move by hitting Saboteur with a Shuffle Side Kick, causing him to instantly fall through the ropes and to the outside. Some members of the crowd don't appreciate this as Celeste has made the start of the match a one-on-one with the World champ. The two competitors circle around each other until they lock in a collar-and-elbow tie-up, where Showtime wins the first struggle by pushing Celeste into the corner. He breaks it immediately before the referee has a chance to start counting. Show backs off into the middle of the ring, waiting for Celeste who stays in the corner for a second to crack her neck. She charges at Showtime and locks in another tie-up, this time pushing Show into the corner thanks to the momentum she built up whilst running at Show. Celeste keeps Show in the corner and doesn't break cleanly, keeping him trapped until the count of four where Celeste pushes Show, indicating she means business. She calls for Show to come towards her and he obliges, looking for a third tie-up but Celeste hits him with a toe kick and follows up with a punch to the cheek. Show stumbles back, allowing enough room for Celeste to hit a backflip kick on Show. Celeste lands on her feet as Show falls on his back. The crowd applauds her athleticism as she goes for the first submission of the night, locking in a simple armlock. Show is still fresh and he is able to get up to his feet fairly quickly and fight out of the submission with a couple of strikes. As Celeste let's go, Saboteur can be seen sliding back into the ring and charges at Showtime. He moves back to the ropes as Saboteur is running and Show back body drops Saboteur, causing him to go flying over. Show looks back for a second at Saboteur before turning around and getting caught in Celeste's fujiwara armbar submission hold, grounding him on the canvas.

Serra: Saboteur isn't having much luck for his first World title match, is he?

Klamor: Neither is Showtime - Celeste seems to have her head screwed on tonight.

Celeste wrenches back on the hold to make sure that Show has less of a chance of moving around. She asks the referee to ash Show if he wants to quit but Show immediately yells "never." In response, Celeste pulls back harder and the pain is getting worse for Show. As Celeste pulls the arm back down towards the mat to get a better grip, Show is able to get on his all fours and roll through the submission, un-trapping his arm. Show and Celeste are on one knee each as Show has escaped the hold, performing a clothesline attack to force Celeste to let go of his arm. Show jumps back up to his feet, shaking his arm about as Celeste does her best to recover herself. When she gets to her feet, Show goes for her own toe kick but she grabs the leg, causing Show to switch it up with an enzuigiri. Celeste goes down to her knees as Show gets up and runs towards the ropes. Off the rebound, he charges at Celeste and hits a running flying elbow. He goes for the cover... 1... 2... kick-out by Celeste. The crowd begins to cheer loudly not because of the action but because of the Action... Action Saxton, of course... who runs down the ramp and goes straight for his partner, helping him to his feet. The camera is close enough to hear the two talk.

Saxton: Sorry I'm late, fool. I had to use the store parts to make an electronic trolley to ride back to the arena.

Saboteur: What did you use for fuel?

Saxton: A strand of the Beard's beard.

Saboteur: So the rumours are true!

Saxton: I don't want to talk about... just get back in the ring and win us a World title!

Saxton pushes Saboteur and he uses the momentum to jump onto the apron. At this point, Celeste and Showtime are already up with Celeste ducking a running attack by Showtime in the centre of the ring. Showtime is running towards Saboteur who drops down, lowering the top rope and causing Show to fall to the outside. Saboteur yells "pay-back" at Show as he sees him on the ground before turning around and seeing Celeste charging at him. He defends himself with an elbow that stops the submission Queen in her tracks. Saboteur slides underneath the bottom rope and runs at Celeste as she turns around, hitting a spinning wheel kick to take her down. Saboteur crawls for the cover... 1... 2... kick-out by Celeste.

Serra: Looks like we got Saxton joining us on commentary. How are feeling after your match tonight?

Saxton: Well... that was the first time I have lost inside of a Grocery Store. Guess I've got to hold onto my other 47 undefeated records now.

Klamor: Such a shame.

As Celeste crawls to the corner to recover, Saboteur has gotten up to his feet and sees Showtime entering the ring to get back into the match. Saboteur goes over to the champ and delivers a European uppercut as he stands up. Show falls back to the opposite corner of which Celeste is now currently resting and Saboteur finishes up with another European uppercut before heading over to Celeste. Saboteur hits some quick body blows, finishing with a slap across the face to Celeste. This only aggravates Celeste who gives a death stare to a now concerned Saboteur, who puts his hand up in Celeste's face signalling her to stop for a moment as he turns around and runs at Showtime, delivering a Stinger Splash to keep him cornered for a few more seconds. Saboteur walks over back to Celeste and gets into position whilst adjusting his invisible tie before going back to the scared and pleading Saboteur which sparks a laugh from the crowd. Celeste goes for a strike but Saboteur ducks underneath and goes up hard against the turnbuckles. As Celeste turns around, Saboteur jumps up using the aid of the ropes to double kick Celeste in the face to create some space. He then runs at Celeste to finish things up but Celeste turns around and catches Saboteur with a jumping enzuigiri. She goes for the cover... 1... 2... Showtime manages to break up the pin.

Klamor: I never knew a Triple Threat contest could get more unpredictable than it already is but thanks to Saboteur, he has opened my eyes. That guy is a piece of work.

Serra: Probably not the smartest thing to say seeing as how Saxton is sitting right next to you.

Saxton: He is a piece of work though, Becky. He might be classified as abstract art but he is the piece of abstract art I've ever seen.

Klamor: I don't get it...

Showtime drops Celeste with a reverse neck-breaker after pulling her off Saboteur. As Sab rolls away, Showtime drops a standing leg drop on Celeste and tries his luck with a cover... 1... 2... kick-out again by Celeste. Show leaves Celeste for the time being and focuses on Saboteur who has rolled to the ropes and tries getting to his feet. Showtime helps him to his feet and sends Saboteur for an Irish whip. He waits for Saboteur to come back and tries for a shot but Saboteur ducks the attack. On the rebound and as Showtime turns around, Saboteur hooks the head of Show and hits a running tornado DDT with a big impact. Showtime's arm flail as he his head hits the canvas and his eyes look like they have rolled back into his sockets. He covers... 1... 2... Celeste breaks up the pin this time with a punt-like kick to the side of Saboteur's head. Celeste grabs the head of Saboteur and brings him to his feet, allowing Celeste to hit a belly-to-belly suplex on Saboteur in the centre of the ring. Saboteur clutches his back as he slowly gets up whilst Celeste watches from the ropes, holding onto the top rope with one hand. As soon as Saboteur gets to his feet, Celeste runs at Saboteur and locks on the Pyromancy submission hold, wrapping around Saboteur's body. Saboteur doesn't know whether to scream out in pain or yell joyfully as he has Celeste Crimson wrapped around his body - this confusion is almost as painful as the submission that Celeste has locked around him, causing Saboteur to drop to one knee to try and make this tough decision.

Saxton: Oh lord, Saboteur is over-thinking! This could spell the end of him here.

Klamor: Seriously? Nothing to do with the submission?

The crowd start to get behind Saboteur as he remains on one knee, shaking his fist in the air in time with the crowd's systematic clapping and is looking to pump the adrenaline.

We see another shot of Steven Holmes continuing to watch the match with intent. He has a smirk on his face as he sees the television screen showing Saboteur getting back to his feet.

Celeste is shaking her head at Saboteur's strength as he begins walking slowly around the ring. At the height of the chants, Saboteur runs backwards into the corner and slams the back of the almost horizontal Celeste into the turnbuckles. She let's go of the hold and Saboteur drops to his knees and puts his hands on the canvas, panting. As Celeste has found her footing and stands up in the corner, we see Showtime get to his feet and run towards the two competitors. Showtime uses Saboteur as a launching platform and hits a spear in the corner, squashing Celeste. She holds her stomach and drops to the ground as Showtime climbs to the top rope. Saboteur begins recovering and getting to his feet whilst Showtime measures him up. As Saboteur gets to his feet, Show jumps off and goes for a diving elbow drop to a standing Saboteur. This unorthodox move connects with Saboteur, catching him on the noggin and knocking him to the ground. The crowd pops for the move as Show slowly gets to his feet to focus on Celeste who is getting to her feet still clutching her stomach. She sees Show heading towards her and tries for a swing but Show ducks and hits The Ratings Crash on Celeste. He goes for the cover... 1... 2... kick-out by Celeste once more. Show gets to his feet and calls out to the fans who cheer back at him. He signals for the potential finish and stalks Celeste as she slowly gets to her feet. Slowly but surely, Celeste gets up and Show catches her and tries going for the standing version of the Final Act but Celeste fights out of the hold, pushing Show back. She takes point and aims for the Spirit Crusher but again Showtime ducks the attack. Saboteur comes out of nowhere and runs at Celeste from behind, grabbing her by the head and hitting a one-handed bulldog. Saboteur gets up but Show grabs him from behind, going for a back suplex... but Saboteur transitions it into a standing shiranui! The crowd cheers as Saboteur gets to his feet and sees both competitors down, screaming to Saxton in an excited tone... so excited that the words are inaudible.

Saxton: Cover them, fool!

Saboteur nods as if he forgot about the match for a second and goes for a pin on Celeste... 1... 2... near fall. He goes over to Showtime... 1... 2... near fall again. Saboteur puts his hands on his face as he cannot believe they both kick-out. Saxton is now standing up at the commentary booth.

Serra: Two straight 2 counts for Saboteur! This match continues.

Klamor: If Saboteur were smart about things, he'd try to end it as soon as possible before both competitors recover.

Saxton: C'mon buddy... I know you can do this.

A huge chant for Saboteur breaks out as he looks around the arena in disbelief. He takes a huge breath as he sees Celeste being the closest to her feet. He measures her up and tries for a roundhouse kick but Celeste ducks, allowing her an opportunity to strike Saboteur who spins around... GOOOOOOOALLLLL! Celeste drops to the ground as he turns to Showtime who is now recovering. He gains some steam by running off the ropes, hitting the Super Saboteur! on Showtime. The World Champ is knocked down and Saboteur sees both competitors are down, looking to take this opportunity to finish things off. He signals for the turnbuckles as he slowly climbs to the top looking for the Airborne Assassin. As he gets to top perch and looks to dive, Saxton pipes.

Saxton: Look-out behind you!

As Saboteur turns around, he sees Celeste already on her feet and leaps to the top rope, hitting a powerful kick that knocks Saboteur off the top rope and down to the floor. Thankfully for Saboteur, Saxton was able to tear off his headset and get in Saboteur's way to act as a cushion to save him from taking serious damage although the force is still enough to take Saxton down to the ground as well as Saboteur. Celeste stares down at Saboteur for a couple of seconds in disgust before she turns around, seeing Showtime running up the turnbuckles, catching Celeste with the Final Act! Showtime takes a couple of seconds to cover Celeste...

... 1...

... Saboteur does his best to get to his feet but he slips over...

... 2....

... we see Saboteur slide into the ring...

... 3!

Serra: It's over!

Holmes is livid that the Showtime has won the match and instantly picks up his phone and makes a quick call.

Holmes: Do it... yes now!

The referee counts the final fall of the match in favour of Showtime as Saboteur drops his head to the canvas in disappointment. He calls for the bell as the crowd still cheers and applauds the outcome of the match as Show's music hits and the referee grabs the World title belt for Showtime.

Anderson: Here is your winner and STILL WZCW World Heavyweight Champion; "Showtime" Cougar!

Serra: Cougar retains!

Klamor: Wow... I didn't expect this match to be as competitive as this. Saboteur really did well tonight and although he is still quite the unorthodox wrestler, he proved that he can hang with the best once again.

Serra: You've summed up my thoughts well Johnny - Saboteur could have won but this was Showtime's night. Congratulations to Show for another successful title defence. I hope Celeste is okay.

We see Saboteur sliding out of the ring with his hands on his hips as he looks at Saxton. His partner puts an arm around Saboteur's shoulder and tells him he did well as Saxton escorts Saboteur around ringside to the entrance way. Showtime has just gotten to his feet and the referee hands over the World championship, raising his hand in victory. The crowd cheers at this sight as Show looks out to the fans. He catches a glimpse of Saboteur & Saxton leaving and calls out to them. They turn around and Showtime yells out "Thank You" and points at Saboteur followed by a thumbs up. Saboteur nods back as the two walk on the side of the ramp and through the curtains on the ground floor. Showtime stays in the ring to celebrate as Celeste rolls to the outside, leaning on the apron to recover.

Serra: Well, what an exciting night we've had here with Showtime retaining the World title to cap things off. This has been Aftershock Insanity - I'm Rebecca Serra and... wait a minute...

We see a familiar figure rush past the announcer's table and quickly sliding into the ring behind Showtime. He snatches the championship from Showtime who turns around and gets clocked in the face by none other than Erik Holmes, brother of Steven. The crowd boo's heavily as the brother smiles sickeningly at the fallen body of Showtime. The crowd gets even more deafening as Steven Holmes walks out from the back clapping slowly with a smile on his face. We see Celeste on the outside looking into the ring at what is unfolding but instead of going to the rescue, she decides to slip away from the ringside area.

Serra: I cannot believe this!

Klamor: I was expecting something like this to happen ever since I was Holmes was in the building. You don't think Holmes being banned from ringside during the match would stop him from making an impact? He's very crafty.

Serra: And dangerous - he has to be stopped before these attacks get out of hand... and why didn't Celeste do anything about this?

Klamor: It's not her business to get involved in. She also just lost the match to Showtime - I don't think she is in the mindset to do any favours for him.

Erik drapes the World title across the fallen Showtime and exits the ring, slowly heading up the ramp to meet with his brother. The crowd boos heavily as they hug each other, closing the show with the two both having grins on their faces.
