A weird request

I'm looking for the star to be changed into a heart with the silhouette at the bottom still there but the colour instead of blue as red.

The Blue star is the logo of Newcastle brown ale as well as Newcastle breweries and it's quite hard to find a clear image on the net.

Rep and BFF will be provided.
