"A Legend is Coming" Banner

Perhaps it has always been there but I cannot find/remember seeing that banner hanging from the balcony at the Baltimore Arena. It was clearly visible on RAW from the ramp camera angle. I doubt WWE is that creative to put banners in the back ground but hey you never know. If it shows up again next week or a similar sign shows up something might be brewing.

If it shows up again in a different arena when WWE is hosting something, it would be noteworthy. But it but it was most likely something unrelated to WWE and some kind of advertisement for something coming to Baltimore Arena.

I noticed that too, but had no idea it had anything to do with WWE. I thought it had something to do with whatever the arena itself was promoting.
Possible allusion to Sting? or Goldberg?

it has to be sting. the way its up in the rafters and very suttle. i csnt wait to see the crow in the rafters above a wwe ring

Unfortunately, while it would be a cool way to tease a big debut like Sting... The banner was a Horseshoe Casino banner that was "The Legend is Coming" and then the Horseshoe Casino logo next to it. There is a new Horseshoe Casino being built in the area.

I doubt WWE would re hash anything related to the Sting in the rafters, as big as that was, that whole storyline as well as his dramatic ring entrances from the rafters were what lead to WWE copying it with Owen Hart. Given how he died (during a live PPV no less) I cant see WWE doing anything or even referencing the whole rafters thing as part of any storylines.
