how can you go against the swedish cheese that is ABBA? Pure 80s cheese and i love it. nice songs, played and wrote their own songs and even had time to marry each other in the process.

ok, divorce sort of ruins chances of continuing...but can you really look past Waterloo (Eurovision winner), Take a Chance, Thank you for the Music. Screw it...ABBA Gold song list is shorter to type. They were awesome

I have to agree. ABBA were just great and everyone seemed to love them. Classic cheesy at it's best and I'm sure they'll always be remembered for their music.

I've yet to meet anyone that disliked this band tbh, because there's at least one song everyone likes, usually Waterloo.

I went with ABBA as well. Pure disco pop cheese at its finest, and to deny your tapping toes is simply a crime. Give in to the terrible synthesizer loops and disco shuffle, you cannot resist!

10,000 Maniacs are a band I always found to be very overrated. My mother loves them, don't ask me why, she has a thing for female rock and folk I guess. They were okay, but I could never get into them, and hearing them shoved down my throat for years didn't help the matter.

So I went with ABBA. Neither band should make it out of the next round anyways.

Ah, ABBA. Official band of Mike & Mike in the morning, and "Take a Chance" the official song of the NFL Draft.

ABBA is awesome - awesomely bad, but awesome. I am thrilled to see them going over a decent band in 10,000 Maniacs. It's a shame these two decent bands got paired up with so many terrible bands facing each other in other matches, assuring one of them makes it out. Oh well.

ABBA all the way in this match.
