Holy christ Yes is getting massacred here, I was not expecting that. That's a shame too, because Yes is a great band. But Clapton is a fucking GOD.

In my opinion Clapton has always been the greatest guitar player of all time. Maybe not the best techincally, but no one crafted more remarkable and complex melodies, structures, and songs then Clapton did. How many legendary bands did he play guitar for? John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers, The Yardbirds, Cream, Blind Faith, Derek & the Dominoes, the list just goes on. That's not even accounting for his SOLO work!

Clapton takes this one easily, though Yes should get more respect then they currently are.
