    David Arquette - Permanent Manager

He was freaking hilarious. And the crowd truly hates him. WCW world champion, lol. He should be a manager.

Success, Bust or In-Between: Montel Vontavious Porter (MVP)

Has to be considered a success I think. Longest reigning US champion in WWE history? Yeah he was never a world champ, and the losing streak/face turn killed his career, but he definitely left his mark. Combined with his unusual background (10 years in prison), I think he did ok for himself...

    MVP released

I will miss him. About 2-3 years ago he was putting on great matches. Then they turned him face and he became boring. When he debuted on SD and was a mega heel, he was entertaining. Half man, half amazing. I wonder if he will go to Mexico or Japan. Good idea to get more experience. I see him...

For all those who "Hate" John Cena- STOP.

I was really sick and tired of him about 2006-07. I remember the good old One Night Stand sign, if Cena wins we riot. During his year long title reign, especially in his feuds with Trips and HBK, Cena was getting booed out of the building by the adult males. That's when the dueling chants...

Miz vs. Lawler - All in here.

It was a very fun old school style match despite the TLC setting. King still can go and knows how to tell a story (and his worked punches are still some of the best I've seen). He took some major bumps for an older man, like off that ladder at the end. No one should be surprised though, the man...

    Juan Cena

Yeah, some regular wrestling trunks would be a big improvement. He hasn't been a rapper or even the Marine for years. Maybe if he changes up his attire and adds a couple more moves to his usual set (like he did with the dropkick), he would get rid of a lot of the boos.

    The swearing has began

Well May Young just has senile dementia. But Paul Bearer's 'bastards' comment repeatedly, shows that they are loosening up a lot on swearing. Which is good. In moderation, just like with blood (although I'm glad they gave up blading), it can add dramatic effect. Do it all the time, and no one...

Whatcha gonna do...when MMA runs wild on you?

Two completely different products. Pro wrestling does not resemble mixed martial arts except very superficially. I've watched very little UFC, except for the recent Lesnar vs. Velasquez. Real fighting involving punches, kicks and submissions and is frankly much less interesting visually, much...

A new era of wrestling is upon us

Well Michael Hayes has been SD head writer for several years, and he's still listed in that role on Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_World_Wrestling_Entertainment_employees#Creative_writers And Finlay is still listed as a trainer.

Official Raw/Smackdown Aftermath, Ratings and Review Thread

Edge does seem like a heel in this angle, torturing poor Paul Bearer lol. But even his face character is more of a tweener. It fits his ultimate opportunist gimmick.

A new era of wrestling is upon us

Just more cuts, it's not a grand new era. Although Big Dick Johnson is gone, who was a Smackdown writer, when he wasn't dancing half nude with DX. Not the head though, I think the head writer is still Michael Hayes, from what I've read.

The Best in the Business: The Spear

Goldberg's and Rhyno's have the most power behind them, but Edge always gets the crowd into it and looks maniacal when he's about to deliver it. And for those saying Edge is skinny, please. He's a good 6 ft 4, so his weight is spread out a lot, but he's 240 lbs. He's definitely big enough for it...

ALBERTO DEL RIO: Fail as a Heel?

He's a good heel, but he's slowly getting cheers. He's just too funny, and too good in the ring, not to gain some fans. But most people will still boo him. If they ever want to turn him face, all he needs is to put the mask back on as Dos Caras, and display his amazing lucha libre skills. The...

    Old School Raw 2011

Yeah, which is why they can't really do a realistic Attitude Era special, because if they do, they can't use the scratch logo.

    WWE's 50 greatest superstars list.

HBK is where he belongs at number 1. But Hulk at number 23 is a joke. Sure Hulk and Stone Cold were the two biggest names in wrestling, but all-around wrestler and entertainer? Shawn Michaels. Glad WWE finally got a list somewhat correct.
