I think any chance that Phil Brooks will show up at Wrestlemania is positively nil. It just won't happen. If he had a chance to show up it would have been in Chicago. I'm fairly confident that Heyman's bit was WWE's way of handling, in a pretty smart way I think, that CM Punk was not coming...
