These match ups have already been drawn but voting will open at 8pm EST tonight.

Voting in the first round will continue as normal in order to ensure the true top 16. After this, each following battle will have certain stipulations to be announced at the time of the battle.

As a way to advent the mixture of all 32 competitors, the brackets have been altered slightly.

What is criteria for voting most powerful or more evil and twisted one?

Well for the first round it's just standard voting so much like the WZT, you can vote however you want. Vote for your favorite, the most evil, or whoever you think will win a fight between the 2.

As far a future rounds, there will be stipulations and voting SHOULD be based on that, but again, vote however you want based on whatever criteria you want.
