I almost started this thread myself.

It's a shame that people don't understand just how over this guy was in Japan OR they think he couldn't get over in the states. Hansen was over wherever he went and had the ability to draw heat from any crowd he ever worked in front of. Heck, in PR in a match with Colon they threw a knife at him during the match!

I believe Stan Hansen is one of the best ever at working the crowd and making a match believable which are the most important parts of wrestling to me. He was a credible heel opponent for any worker.
