ROUND ONE: Lara Croft & Jacket vs. Hit Girl & Booker DeWitt

ROUND ONE

In this match, the Tomb Raider and the Hotline Miami star team to take on one of the youngest yet deadliest superheroes and the man who kept fighting. Jacket is a brutal and bloodthirsty masked individual, but Hit Girl has her own share of bloodlust, and Lara Croft and Booker DeWitt are nothing if not survivors. Who wins?

Hit Girl's close-range combat abilities would be enough to take out Jacket. I mean, this girl took out several gang members with guns, and Jacket doesn't seem like the most astute hand-to-hand fighter. Lara might be able to hold her own against Hit Girl for a while, but the younger one is probably the superior fighter.

Still unconvinced? Fine, Booker sets a pack of flaming crows on his opponents and watches them get viciously pecked to death as he sips whiskey.

 

[The Doctor]

Jacket is nothing but hand-to-hand. The way I see it is this comes down to who strikes first, because if he catches you with his knife you are dead. He is relentless and brutal and kills people with a single blow. His one drawback is that he's pretty much made of glass. However, if Jacket can strike first and take out a team member before he gets taken out, it'll come down to Lara and the other and Lara's always been a badass who can take pretty much anything and keep going.

Hit Girl would take one look at Lara Croft and see red. This pubescent-male-fantasy that jumps around in a tank top would piss Hit Girl the fuck off, and unlike some people, Hit Girl fights better when angry.

Hit Girl will feed Lara Croft her tank top and booty shorts until she chokes to death.

Jacket might be able to punch a hole in a cement barricade. He might be the best hand-to-hand combatant in the whole universe. Too bad he's as fragile as they come, and Booker and Hit Girl are both armed to the teeth and Jacket goes down in a barrage of bullets.

Hit Girl and Booker are one of the most exciting and explosive teams in this tournament, and they move on here after a first round tuneup match.
