Remember Angle vs Justin Credible? This will be worse. The only way this would go past one minute is if Angle comes out with his gold medals on and takes them off after the bell rings. Belly to belly suplex, followed by an Angle Slam. Then right at the two count Angle pops up and locks on the Ankle lock and Thrasher taps .06 seconds after Angle touches his ankle.

I watched Echelon's YouTube post of Necro Butcher losing to that crazy woman. He's nuts, and that's all he is. He won't survive in anything not hardcore, and the fact that he's even in this thing bugs me. I am having trouble getting the Great Scott Norton over Juvi Juice and Necro Butcher is in the tourney.

Malenko in under 5 minutes by DQ. Butcher gets taken down 134 times in the first four minutes, flips out, and rips off Malenko's nut sack like a paper towel.

Giant Baba should win this one. A legend of the Industry, trained by Rikidozan. Created AJPW. Trained some of the top Japanese names today. He has the size advantage over Jesses James. Though this will probably be a squash to the benefit of Jesse James because of the people that say they don't know the Japanese wrestlers and therefore vote for the guy they know. DO SOME RESEARCH!!

Bigger squash mismatch than Michaels / Palumbo or even Austin / Mosh. Angle in 12 seconds, narrowly missing King Kong Bundy's and Diesel's record. Angle, in fact, comes to the ring in his suit and never even touches Thrasher. In the immortal words of Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, he gives up during instructions.

Anyone who votes for Shane O'Mac is an idiot in this match up. KENTA demolishes Shane with a Go to Sleep. for the Pin Fall. KENTA is awesome and will be the face of Puroresu once Muta, Misawa and Kobashi retire in the next few years.

If an upstart like Aries goes over a legend like Morton, it'll be a travesty. Morton is an old-school master of the ring, no matter how many sides it has. He's been a tag team specialist and has taken Ric Flair to 60-minutes for the NWA Title. He's fast, strong, technically sound, and experienced. Aries is a talented wrestler, and an able high flyer. The match itself will be great, but you have to give the nod to the legendary veteran.

I love Shane as a character, but Shadow is spot on. Kenta is a far superior full-time wrestle. Shane shouldn't even be in the tournament as he is a part time story line driver, not a wrestler. Just because Shane can pull off a few high spots and take a good bump doesn't mean his shoulders stay off the mat.

I don't know who to vote for here. Either the Superfly or the Mexican Hulk Hogan. Ive read both accounts from Mick Foley and Chris Jericho about him in matches, he is loved in Both Mexico and Japan. The Superfly is loved and has put on great matches. But I can see Mil Mascaras no selling all of Snuka's offence and not doing the stuff that made people like him in the first place. I honestly don't know who to vote for. Imjust going to go with Snuka since he will be better matched up in the next round.

IC25 is right, this match would be great in terms of past Vs. Present. This would be a great match up. A dream match up. I do have to go with Ricky Morton as he is good at putting on these matches. I expect this match will go on for 60:00 with Ricky Morton going over since we are talking about this match going on when they are at their prime physically and right now mentally. So Ricky Morton for the win.

    INTERESTING MATCHUP
very equally matched opponents in my eye.

i would request all voters to consider psychosis in the form that he displayed when he was on WCW MONDAY NITRO.

NOW in my opinion psychosis is vastly under-rated and was never given the PUSH he deserved. and consider that at a time when the CRUISERWEIGHTS HAD THEIR BEST PERIOD OF GLORY but too many talented performers in the same show at the same time contributed to the fact that many of those didnt get their due respect.

punk may be good but he is made to look TOO GREAT by the IWC because of the deficiency of any resonably good in ring performers during last few yrs esp. in the WWE.

I AM INCLINED TO GO WITH PSYCHOSIS ON THIS ONE IN A 30 MIN EVEN CONTEST.

Whoever those two people were who voted for Necro Butcher, should take their computer, their television, and any wrestling tapes/DVDs they have, put them in the trunk of their car, and drive said car off a very tall cliff.

Dean Malenko is god to technical wrestling. GOD. Only a few wrestlers compare to Malenko in terms of raw in-ring ability IMO, and they're names usually end with Hart or Benoit.

    Vote Malenko or Die!

Too many votes already for Shane McMahon.

KENTA all the god damn way. This guy never ceases to amaze me every time I watch his stuff. A vote for Shane McMahon here is a vote for the terrorists.

Ricky Morton was solid, do not get me wrong on that. The Rock n Roll express was one of the greatest tag teams of all time.

But Austin Aries would destroy Ricky Morton in a match IMO. Destroy. Morton was never much of anything as a singles competitor, and his 60 minutes with Flair was transitional feud stuff at best. Austin Aries on the other hand, is one of the most talented young wrestlers out there today. He reminds me of AJ Styles a hell of a lot.

I can see that 60 minute match you're talking about though Shadow, but I see the torch being passed down to Aries in this one.

Besides, Morton always had a ridiculious beer belly.

Ohhhhhhh FUCK man. THIS is a hard match up to go on. CM Punk is amazing. Psicosis is amazing. How can I decide here? This is just too damn hard.

I guess in the end though, Psicosis gets the nod. CM Punk has had some classics, but he's also had some huge shitfests. I've yet to see a match featuring Psicosis that didn't entertain me. But I was bored to tears last week with the CM Punk-Chavo matchup on ECW.

Psicosis is god of lucha wrestling IMO. Thousand times better then Rey Mysterio, but gets none of the credit.

This is a really tough one to call. I would definitally enjoy seeing this match up. I think Psycosis has certainly had the better career and is more accomplished. But CM Punk is one of the top guys right now, and has been an internet favorite which accounts for his high seeding. This match could go either way and I think it comes to a toss up. Psycosis has a little more of a dirty streak in him and should be able to edge out the win. A great match and both winner and loser walk out to the applause and admiration of the crowd.

Shane McMahon is nothing but a fat spot monkey. I've given my thoughts on him in the thread I made. This is another case of people voting even thought they've never seen one of the wrestlers. KENTA is awesome, and in shape. Two things Shane McMahon isn't.

Falling off a tall object is going to do Shane O'Mac no good in this match. KENTA would kick the shit out of him. Literally. He'd kick Shane so hard he'd shit himself. I think anyone that's ever seen five seconds of KENTA is 100 % assured that he is in fact the far superior athlete, wrestler and - despite being clearly Japanese - American.

    Vote for America, vote KENTA!
