Middle aged and crazy? Check.

From the Double Cross Ranch in CANYON, TEXAS!!! TERRYYYYYYYYY FUNK!!!!

This campaign needs to happen simply because if Hansen goes out early, and if Kobashi or any of Xfear's picks get upset, then we're going to preach the gospel of Terry Funk and how he can simply mame your favorite wrestler and make it look like he's having a picnic. Funk's so diverse and so mutl-dimensional, there's not a gimmick match he CAN'T win. Funk should get the credit he deserves here and lets be honest, who would be a great pick to win this tournament? Terry Funk.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT! I had NO idea this ever took place. Hansen and Funk in a Hardcore match with Abdullah the Butcher and Kevin Sullivan. IN ECW! Enjoy this glorious feat of awesomeness.

I love me some old and crazy Terry Funk, but dammit all if he didn't draw one of the biggest threats in this tournament to come out of the current generation of stars. Randy Orton is going to be a tough name to overcome. Very interested to see the board's arguments for the Middle Aged and Crazy brawler vs the Evil and Sadistic snake.

Remember, Terry Funk did try and brand Mick Foley with a burning poker. Then again, Randy Orton did kick a 60+ year old man in the head... and he followed it up by giving an RKO to a relatively new mother of two.... I LOVE THIS F'N TOURNAMENT!

Seriously... the credentials speak for themselves.

I really do feel a prime Funk would be a decent match for Orton.. I think I need to read over the arguments slightly before I decide, right now I feel Orton goes over. Incredibly tough first round.

If he makes it through, looks like being Steve Austin next. Lol.

I really, really struggle to see a way for Funk to make a deep run. Just cannot see it happening. I'd love it though. If he somehow, someway makes it through Austin and Orton, it opens up a little and I can see him making it deep. I think Roberts and Andre are the next in line, which are both winable, taking him to the final tournament of 8.

The focus is on finding convincing arguments against Orton and Austin. So f hard.

In a perfect world and if the youngsters actually knew their history,Terry Funk would win this tournament every year.

If every match was a Texas Deathmatch or a Bunkhouse Brawl then sure. Terry Funk is a pretty feared name in the old school ranks of wrestling but I don't know if he can match the athleticism of a Randy Orton. I look forward to the arguments concerning this match.

I mean for the truly insane such as myself, it is a tough call. I mean on one hand, you have Funk, who among other things, tried to poke a human being with a flaming branding iron. On the other end, you have Orton who has had the tendency to full on kick 60 year old men in the skull. And he DDT'd a mother. Come on.

Can we just put these two together and up against Hogan? And I don't mean in this tournament. I mean lock Hogan in a cage with a branding iron brandishing Funk and a kick happy Orton. Eradicate him... from Earth.
