Is it time to bring back the cruiserweight division?

now ever since the crusierweight division essentially died people have been calling for it to come back, but i havent seen the point, until now
with all the new talent wwe is signing they have the roster and the ability to bring it back
the division would consist of
tyson kidd
sin cara
chavo guerrero
the new mexican they signed
evan bourne
ricardo rodriguez
daniel bryan
etc

think it would give the superstars who probably will never make it to main event a place to shine, it has been relatively successful in the past
sin cara is just going to feud with other luchadors and people who suit his cruisrwight style , so why not add a title, say chavo brings it back saying he is the greatest crusierweight champion in history, sin cara challeneges him for the title and we go from there?
so do u think its time to bring it back?
