Effective immediately there are three changes coming to extension changes:
1) Any extension request must be made by the Saturday 11:59EST before the deadline. You should know by then if you need an extension or not.
2) The extension request thread is no more. You need to PM creative for a request this needs to include at least myself, Yaz and Killjoy but you can include the others if you wish.
3) We need to know the reason why and that will be looked into and approved.
4) Once it's been granted all competitors in the match will be told, via PM or Discord, they have an extension. This is to be kept from public knowledge.
Why you may ask? We ran an experiment with doing that and not doing that and we found that what happens is when 1 person wants an extension another 3 or 4 do immediately following. Including such in depth reasons as "extension please"
